May it be so! Make a thread from the hair of a bull, recite it one hundred and eight times, and if you tie it around your neck, it will also become that. From the hair of any four-legged animal, etc., if you make a thread, recite it manifestly, and wear it around your neck, it will hold the form of that animal. If you untie it, it will become ordinary. Recite on soapberry, put it in the house of a great wealthy owner, and if the remainder empowers oneself, it will attract all the soapberries in seven nights. The forty-seventh chapter of the ritual of all the actions of the Dakini mantra of all the Buddhas, from the words of glorious Heruka. Then, furthermore, it shall be explained. Whatever is the virtue of all the Dakinis, the essence of all the Yoginis, it accomplishes all desires. By merely remembering it, the shrinking world is moved, and even by remembering it afterwards, perfect accomplishments gradually come. Hā svā ṭa pha hūṃ hūṃ ye ni rṇa va vajra va ye nī ki ḍāddha bu rbas oṃ. By reciting this mantra, it is accomplished. It is virtuous to perform all actions. With the Dakini Yoginis, and the ṅum born mother and Lāva, etc., it is said that this is the mantra of all the Dakinis. Whether in the underworld or in the heavens, likewise in the land of humans, whatever five exist in the three worlds, all of them are accomplished by the mantra. It is virtuous to accomplish all siddhis. All siddhis are at the very peak. There is nothing more supreme than this. Because this is unsurpassed, it is a well-taught method. ༈ The Dakini is the abode of all. It is briefly explained, not extensively. A beautiful mountain of various flowers and fruits should be drawn. ༈ Always meditate on it. The Dakini, likewise the Lama, and the many born mothers and Yoginis, is the hero of the heroes. Called Haha Hehe, it is the supreme bliss of the Dakini net of the twenty-four heroes. Vajrasattva, Vairochana, Padmanartesvara, glorious Blood Drinker, Akashagarbha and Hayagriva, Ratnavajra, Mahabala, Mikmizang and Bhairava, Vajrabhadra and Rabzang, Vajrahumkara, great hero, Vajrajata, Myugu Chen.

The body of the lord and the light of the vajra, immeasurable light and the enemy of the gods, likewise with sharp fangs, skeletons, great skeletons, fragments of skulls, and so on. The twenty-four heroes pervade all these beings. The heroes and the dakinis, the yoginis are greedy and fierce, etc., for all activities are accomplishers, one should behold them dwelling in the wheel. Those who desire accomplishment, with extreme samadhi, should always contemplate the nature of the wheel. With the rituals previously described, one speaks of the dakini net as the supreme bliss. ༈ The great wheel, the yogini, is likewise the basis of all accomplishments. This is well spoken by countless Buddhas and countless heroes. Each and every dakini is surrounded by countless dakinis. The yogini is the dakini herself, the embodied mother and the unborn mother, likewise Lama and others, are the source of goodness that accomplishes all attainments. ༈ The forty-eighth chapter, which speaks of the abode of all the heroes and yoginis in the fierce Heruka, the ritual of the secret mandala. ༈ Then again, I will explain others. One should accomplish the animals according to the rituals. By merely knowing it, one will quickly attain accomplishment. ༈ The mantra practitioner should make the forms of animals in the rice flour, in order, such as humans, turtles, goats, donkeys, jackals, horses, etc. Thus, various pigs, etc., should be known as these animals. And how they possess characteristics, from these I will explain. ༈ One birth and two births, three, four, or five births, six births and seven births, these animals will not be eaten by demons. Whose mouth has a fragrant smell, whose eyes look without blinking, who speaks truthfully and rejoices when seen, who always delights in the true Dharma, and who knows his own birth, and whose body odor is always fragrant, one who possesses these characteristics is one who has seven births. ༈ By merely hearing it, one will be able to hold the form of the deity. Or by merely giving or touching, whoever performs the bindu, will also be able to accomplish it quickly. This is to hold the form of self-will. From the rakshasa in his heart, the wise one takes it out, recites the heart mantra, and then makes his bindu.
