One can control. This is the accomplishment of faith, it is meaningful control. The forty-fifth chapter, the chapter of the prophecy of the accomplishment of the six Yoginis and words from the glorious Heruka. Then there are five Ha syllables, which accomplish all actions. Whoever knows them will quickly enter into accomplishment. Hi Ho Hū Haṃ Ha (藏文，梵文天城体，hi ho hū haṃ ha，English literal meaning: Hi Ho Hū Haṃ Ha). If these five Ha syllables are pleased with encouragement by hand, then blood will flow from the mouth, and that enemy will die immediately. One's own blood is in the skull, and the blood of the Rakshasa's hand is used to please it. Until it dries up, that which is to be accomplished will be completely destroyed. If one recites with burning wrath and red eyes, then the king, including the army and mounts, will quickly face death. Cat and owl, crow and fox, and waterfowl, combined with the abode and power of the Dakini, these will quickly be accomplished, there is no doubt in this tantra. Then, using the hair of rabbits, etc., make a thread and recite it a thousand times. Whoever it is tied around the neck of, that person will become like it. Recite a thousand times in the hand, with the flowers of Kara Hira, and each syllable is clearly recited. If one touches a snake woman, then the fetus will change, and if released, it will be liberated. Whoever is threatened with a threatening gesture will die, and then can be revived. The forty-sixth chapter, the chapter of the ritual of the actions of the five Ha syllables from the glorious Heruka. Then, the essence of all Dakinis is to be truly declared. This, merely by reciting, can generate all accomplishments. Then, if one recites the great vidya of the Dakini, one will be able to control all lineages. If one recites constantly, one will generate great glory. Make a six-finger phurba from human bone, and after reciting it one hundred and eight times, if one throws it in front of someone's door, one will cut off the lineage of that family. If it is carved and buried in the fields, pastures, buffaloes, elephants, and horse places, then everything will be destroyed. Then, if one wants to control the king or the king's minister, the wise one should make an eight-finger statue from clay and place it in the king's gate.

This mantra can be used to attract, harm, confuse, emaciate, stupefy, steal speech, blind, make one mute, and send back. Then, if you want to turn a man into a woman, mix equal parts of a man's corpse flower, the fruit of Kakandaki, a crow's nail, and the skin under the foot, mix it with rabbit's blood, make eleven small pills, and dry them in the shade. Similarly, tie these pills to the hand of the person to be transformed for twelve consecutive days, and on the twelfth day, whoever has the powder placed on their head will become a woman. Then, if you want to turn a man into a dog, place royal iron and a mongoose on the head, perform eight thousand fire offerings for seven consecutive nights, then mix it with saffron for eight consecutive days, recite it one hundred and eight times, perform a powder fire offering, and whoever has the ashes placed on their head will become a dog. The way to restore it is to make a grand offering to the Dakinis at night, offer a torma, and that person will return to normal. If you want to turn something into a non-thing, perform one hundred and eight fire offerings with the fruit of the golden tree, and the thing will become a non-thing. Perform a fire offering with Arura, and it will return to normal. If you want to drive someone crazy, perform a fire offering at the dwelling place of the Garuda, and on the seventh day that person will go crazy. The way to restore it is to perform a fire offering with the fire of rice husks, and it will be pacified. Collect cat hair during a lunar eclipse, recite that person's name, perform a fire offering with the mantra, and whoever has the ashes placed on their head will become a cat. Recite it again, and it will return to normal. Make a thread from a crow's intestines, recite it, and whoever has it tied around their neck will become a crow. Make a thread from the intestines of anything, recite it, and whoever has it tied around their neck will become like that thing. Similarly, one can transform into the image of a crow, owl, peacock, water bird, owl, hawk, and vulture.
