From the condensed Tantra of Heruka Manifestation, the abode of all heroes and yoginis, namely Mount Meru, etc., and the secret of its meditation, namely the chapter on the ritual of meditating on the mandala of deities, is the forty-eighth. The extensive explanation of the condensed Tantra of Chakrasamvara, called "Adornment of Bliss," is the explanation of the forty-eighth chapter from "The Clear Revelation of All Hidden Meanings." Fourth, there are three parts to the detailed explanation of the examination of the seven births: vowing to explain, explaining the meaning of the vow, and revealing the name of the chapter. The first is: Having explained the forty-eighth, in addition to what is explained there, I shall also explain. What is that? Like the ritual explained in the fourteenth [chapter], the yoga of the donkey precedes, and the seven births are accomplished through animals. The need is that any practitioner, merely by knowing how to bless special substances, will quickly accomplish the accomplishments described below, and for that reason it is explained. The second has three parts: making images of animals from rice flour, the characteristics of the supreme animal and the actions based on it, and supremely revealing that action combination. The first is: The mantra practitioner should make images of animals such as humans from rice flour of the rice variety Salu, which is born in the winter season, and from rice flour dough. The order is to make images of humans and so on in order. What are the animals? Humans, turtles, camels, donkeys, wolves, horses, etc., and crows, owls, vultures, etc. Thus, various pigs are explained as differences in animals of various colors. The animal that is made into an image from rice flour should be known as these animals. This is a supplement to what was said earlier about placing an image of a donkey in the center of the mandala, made from rice flour or rice dough. The second has three parts: vowing to explain two meanings, revealing the characteristics of the supreme animal, and revealing the action combination based on it. The first is: How are the characteristics of the seven births, and the actions of these seven births will be explained. Second: First is one human birth, then the second birth, then the third birth, the fourth and fifth

oneself, and a person who has not been interrupted in the sixth and seventh rebirths is the best of animals and will not be eaten by demons. The reason for calling it an animal has already been explained. It is best to have a change of bed or no two and no vows. Anyone whose breath is as fragrant as a tulip, who looks intently without blinking, who speaks truthfully, who is happy to be seen by others, who always likes to practice the holy Dharma, who knows his previous lives, and whose body odor is always fragrant, possessing these characteristics, will appear without interruption in the seven rebirths of humans. The detailed description of the characteristics is stated in the Commentary Tantra: "Lucky, pleasing, walking in bliss, the sprouts of hair are equally long. The eyes are long and the eyes are also red, a shape like a lotus petal. Dust will arise on his body, and the body will emit the scent of gods, and the center of the mouth will have the scent of camphor. Because of this, bees always surround him. Urine and feces taste like musk. Words become gentle, and hands and feet are soft, with the scent of a tulip. Freed from white hair and wrinkles, the body is also oily and soft. Heart, skull, navel, therefore it will become a Rakshasa. Walks like a swan, has compassionate thoughts, always has faith in the Three Jewels, and possesses generosity and discipline. If a yogi recognizes such a person, he will not be killed or burned by fire. Various ferocious creatures, no matter what, cannot eat him. He cannot see at night, he is the supreme lord of the invisible. If a mantra practitioner recognizes such a person, he has the characteristics as stated." After seeing such a person, he asked, "Please grant me alms." Take the bodhicitta of feces and urine, make it into a pill, wrap it with three kinds of iron, combine the two root gates equally, recite the near-heart mantra a hundred thousand times, and then give the pill to that person, saying, "Please grant me alms." That person immediately dies and is reborn in a pure land without confusion, and the corpse is taken to a secluded place for practice. As stated in the Naming Commentary. The third part has two: accomplishing deeds by relying on superior animals, and accomplishing deeds by relying on other animals. The first is: such a seven rebirths

By merely eating the flesh of that (animal), one will take on the form of a deity. By smelling or merely touching the scent of the rotsana (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) in its heart, or if any practitioner makes a mark of that rotsana (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) on their forehead, at the very moment of making that mark, all accomplishments will be achieved. This yogi will transform into the form they desire. For seven lifetimes, in the heart of that (animal) exists rotsana (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), which is gi ham (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思). One skilled in its application should take it. As stated in the previously cited explanatory tantra, rotsana (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is said to be present in the heart, the crown of the head, and the navel. Having taken that gi ham (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), one should recite the essence mantra of the two parents and use it to make a mark. If one desires to transform into the form of any sentient being, then without a doubt, by the mark previously made, one will transform into the form of that sentient being. One skilled in this application, if they take the sap of tree leaves, together with rotsana (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), and make a mark on the forehead, then without a doubt they will transform into the form of that tree. Taking the hair of that livestock, and representing the five parts of that livestock's hair—nails, teeth, skin, and hair—binding them together on the crown of another person, then without a doubt, the one bound will transform into the form of that livestock. "Taking the hair of that livestock, possessing the five parts of that (livestock), if bound on the crown of the head," apart from this phrase, the other two lines are not found in the commentaries. If one unties what is bound to all of these, one will be liberated. This is the oral instruction. To accomplish these activities, one must be extremely familiar with the yoga of the deity, and by reciting the mantra along with the name of the mantra, siddhis will be achieved. One might ask, what is the purpose of transforming people into livestock and so on? Even though people have the ability to practice the path, they are fond of afflictions and sins. It is better to say that because most people engage in sin and are fond of afflictions, they obstruct the path of accomplishment. Therefore, in order to reverse this, it is said that one transforms into an inferior form. The second is: elephant, horse, donkey, turtle, mule, pig, fox, hawk, and owl.
