པ་དེ་ནས་སྔ་མ་ལས་གཞན་ཡང་བཤད་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་གང་ཞེ་ན། རྡོ་རྗེ་ཕག་མོ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་ཀུན་གྱི་སྙིང་པོའི་སྔགས་སྒྲུབ་པ་པོ་གང་དགེ་བར་བྱེད་པ། རྣལ་འབྱོར་མ་ཀུན་གྱིས་སྒྲུབ་པ་པོའི་འདོད་པའི་དོན་ཐམས་ཅད་སྒྲུབ་པར་བྱེད་པའོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་སྔགས་དང་ལྷ་གང་ཞིག་བསྙེན་པའི་རྗེས་སུ་ཡིད་ལ་དྲན་ནས་བཟླས་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས། ས་འོག་ས་སྟེང་ས་བླའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ གསུམ་པོ་གཡོ་བར་བྱེད་ཅིང༌། སྦྱིན་སྲེག་སོགས་ལ་མི་ལྟོས་པར་རྗེས་སུ་དྲན་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་རྣལ་འབྱོར་མ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བསྙེན་པ་ལ་འཇུག་པའི་རིམ་པས། གནས་དང་ཉེ་བའི་གནས་ལ་སོགས་པ་རྣམས་སུ་འཕྱན་ན། དེའི་མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབ་ཅིང༌། ཡང་དག་པའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་བདེ་མཆོག་གི་གོ་འཕང་རིམ་གྱིས་འཐོབ་པ་དེ་བཤད་པར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་པའོ། །གཉིས་པ་ལ་གསུམ། ལས་སྒྲུབ་པའི་སྔགས་ཕན་ཡོན་དང་བཅས་པ། གསང་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་བསྒོམ་པ། དོན་བསྡུ་བའོ། །དང་པོ་ནི། སྔགས་སྟོན་པ་ན་ཧཱ་སྭཱ་ཞེས་སོགས་ལུགས་བཟློག་ཏུ་གསུངས་པ་ནི། རྒྱུད་ལ་རང་དགར་འཇུག་པ་དགག་པའི་ཕྱིར་ཡིན་ལ། གོ་རིམ་ལུགས་མཐུན་དུ་བཤད་ན། ཨོཾ་སརྦ་བུདྡྷ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཡེ། བཛྲ་ཝརྞ་ནི་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་སྭཱཧཱ། ཞེས་པའོ། །དེ་ལ་ཨོཾ་ནི་ཕྱག་འཚལ་བའོ། །གང་གི་ཆེད་དུ་ན། སརྦ་བུདྡྷ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཡེ་ནི་སངས་རྒྱས་མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་ཐམས་ཅད་དང༌། བཛྲ་ཝརྞ་ནི་ཡེ་ནི་རྡོ་རྗེ་རབ་བསྔགས་མ་སྟེ་དེའི་ཆེད་དུའོ། །ཧཱུཾ་གཉིས་ནི་སྐབས་ཀྱི་དོན་གང་ཡིན་པ་ལ་དམིགས་པ། ཕཊ་ནི་དེ་གསལ་བར་བྱེད་པ། སྭཱ་ཧཱ་ནི་དབུགས་འབྱིན་པའོ། །སྔགས་འདི་བཀླགས་པས་འགྲུབ་པ་ཞེས་པ་ནི། སྔོན་བསོད་ནམས་བསགས་པ་དག་གིས་ནི། སྔོན་དུ་བསྙེན་པ་སོགས་ལ་མི་བལྟོས་པར་ལས་རྣམས་ཀུན་བྱེད་ཅིང༌། དགེ་བར་བྱེད་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་དག་ལས་གཞན་གྱིས་ནི་སྔོན་གྱི་བསྙེན་པ་སོགས་ལ་བལྟོས་པ་ཁོ་ནའོ། །སྔགས་དེ་གང་གི་ཡིན་ཞེ་ན། མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་ནི་ མདོར་བསྟན་པའོ། །རྣལ་འབྱོར་མ་ནི་དེ་འཆད་པའོ། །དེ་ཡང་གང་ཞེ་ན། དུམ་སྐྱེས་མ་དང་ལཱ་མ་དང༌། སོགས་ཀྱིས་ནི་གཞལ་ཡས་ཁང་ན་བཞུགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་གཟུང་ངོ༌། །དེ་ལྟ་བུའི་མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སྔགས་ནི་སངས་རྒྱས་མཁའ་འགྲོ་མའི་སྔགས་འདི་ཉིད་ཡིན་པར་གྲགས་སོ། །སྔགས་དེའི་ཆེ་བ་ནི་ས་འོག་དང་ཡང་ན་མཐོ་རིས་ཏེ་ས་བླ་ལྷའི་ཡུལ་དང༌། དེ་བཞིན་ས་སྟེང་མིའི་ཡུལ་དག་ཏུ་ཡང་སྟེ་འཇིག་རྟེན་གསུམ་ན་ཡོད་པ་ཡི་ཞི་སོགས་ཀྱི་ལས་ནི་གང་དག་ཡོད་པ་

From then on, it is necessary to explain something even more excellent than before. What is that? Whoever practices the heart mantra of all Dakinis, such as Vajravarahi, will do good. All Yoginis will accomplish all the wishes of the practitioner. Similarly, whichever mantra and deity, after practicing, just remembering and reciting it will shake the three realms of the underworld, the earth, and the heavens. Without relying on fire offerings, etc., just by remembering, the Yoginis will enter the stages of practice, wandering in places and nearby places, etc. The Dakinis there will bless them, and gradually attain the true accomplishment, the state of great bliss, which will be explained. The second part has three aspects: the mantra for accomplishing actions and its benefits, meditating on the secret mandala, and summarizing the essence. The first part is: When explaining the mantra, saying "Ha Sva," etc., is reversed, which is to prevent arbitrary entry into the Tantra. If explained in the correct order, it is: Om Sarva Buddha Dakini Ye, Vajra Varnani Ye Hum Hum Phat Svaha. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་བུདྡྷ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཡེ། བཛྲ་ཝརྞ་ནི་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་སྭཱཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सर्व बुद्ध डाकिनी ये，वज्रवर्णनि ये हुं हुं फट् स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ sarva buddha ḍākinī ye, vajravarṇani ye hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, all Buddha Dakinis, Vajra Praised Mother, Hum Hum Phat Svaha.) Among them, Om is prostration. For whom? Sarva Buddha Dakini Ye refers to all Buddha Dakinis, Vajra Varnani Ye refers to Vajra Well-Praised Mother, for them. The two Hums are to visualize according to the meaning of the moment, Phat is to make it clear, and Svaha is to exhale. Saying that reciting this mantra will accomplish, means that those who have accumulated merit in the past can do all things without relying on prior practice, etc., and do good. Other than those, others must rely on prior practice, etc. Whose mantra is this? Dakini is a brief indication. Yogini is a detailed explanation. Who is that again? Dumkye Ma and Lama, etc., include all those who reside in the palace. It is said that the mantra of all such Dakinis is this very mantra of the Buddha Dakini. The greatness of this mantra is that whether it is the underworld or heaven, that is, the heavenly realm on earth, as well as the mortal world on earth, that is, the peaceful and other activities that exist in the three realms.
