Etc. By the mantra of the Buddha Dakini, all those are accomplished, and all siddhis are accomplished, so it is virtuous. There is no mantra more supreme than this mantra that bestows all siddhis. For what reason? Because this mantra is taught as the excellent means of unsurpassed siddhi. The second has two parts: meditating on the support and meditating on the deity who relies on it. First, the dwelling place of all the Dakinis will be explained here in brief, not in detail. What is it? A beautiful mountain of the nature of the seven precious jewels, that is, the eighth peak of Mount Sumeru, adorned with various flowers, fruits, and so on, should be drawn with the mind. This is a condensed teaching of the place, and by symbolizing it, one should meditate between the arising of the gradual increase and the palace. Second, on top of that Mount Sumeru, meditate on the palace, in the center of which are the petals in the direction of the eight-petaled lotus. What should be constantly meditated on is: the Dakini in the east, similarly Lama in the north, Dumkyema in the west, Sekyenma in the south, the thirty-two Yoginis, the retinue of heroes, that is, Heruka together with the Wisdom Mother, making the laughter of Haha Hehe, the net of Dakinis of the twenty-four heroes, that is, the assembly. One should always meditate on the mandala of the Bhagavan Chakrasamvara. Just as the twenty-four Yoginis are shown in reverse order in chapter four. The twenty-four heroes are also shown in reverse order: the hero Vajrasattva and, Vairochana, that is, the shining light and the lotus dance freely and the glorious blood drinker, that is, Śrī Heruka (梵文天城体:श्रीहेरुक,梵文罗马拟音:Śrī Heruka,Glorious Heruka) and, Akashagarbha and Hayagriva and, Ratnavajra and the eight powerful ones are the eight heroes who abide in the body mandala. Beautiful Eyes and Great Terrifier and, Vajra Good and Very Good and, Vajra Hum and, Great Hero and, Vajra Hair and Sprout Hair, these eight are the eight heroes who abide in the speech mandala. Vajra Body, that is, Body and, Vajra Light and, Amitabha and Enemy of the Gods and, thus

Teeth completely adorned, as well as bones, large bones, and fragments of skulls. Here, the Sanskrit equivalent of "etc." should be done as it was first done in Bhava's commentary, and should not be done as "etc., etc." Those eight are the eight heroes who dwell in the heart wheel. The body colors and hand gestures, etc., of these, as stated in the tantras, differ in many ways, according to the views of the individual teachers. One should practice according to what is appropriate in each case. Thus, the twenty-four heroes pervade the crowns and the like of all these beings, in the twenty-four internal places, and one should meditate on them as abiding there, together with Raudratamā and the like. In this way, the twenty-four heroes, and the ḍākinī herself, that is, the yoginī, namely the twenty-four, such as Raudratamā, for the sake of peaceful and other activities, that is, for accomplishing all actions, the practitioner should contemplate them as residing on the spokes of the three wheels of body, speech, and mind. This is a symbol, and one can also supplement some remaining deities, and meditate on one or two deities. One who desires to accomplish siddhis should maintain great equanimity, without being distracted by other activities. One should always meditate on this nature of the maṇḍala of deities, both the support and the supported, and with the rituals described in the previous second and third chapters, one should praise and offer to the net of ḍākinīs, that is, the wheel surrounded by the assembly, namely the Cakrasaṃvara. The third is, one should meditate on the yoginīs of the great wheel of the maṇḍala, and as previously described, offering this offering is the basis of all siddhis. Countless Buddhas, such as Vairocana, and countless heroes, such as Heruka, have well spoken of this path, and one should strive diligently on it. Showing the greatness of the heroes is: for each hero there is one yoginī, and each ḍākinī like that is surrounded by countless retinues. The yoginī is the essence of the ḍākinī, that is, the ḍākinī herself, as well as the embodied mother, the severed-birth mother, and Lāmā, etc., and the eight gate-women, and the number of the retinues of the chief mothers is also as previously described. All of these grant all siddhis, and make the practitioner auspicious. The third is, the glorious...
