Those burned to ashes. It is good that it appears so. The practitioner gathers those substances together and makes an image of what is to be enticed. Then, the image should be heated with smokeless sandalwood fire with great effort. Then, that dust, that is, the image, is placed on both hands, displaying the two wheels shown earlier, and after being pleased, the image is rubbed into powder, and it is used for the fire offering. Until the enticement is completed, the fire offering is performed until it is successful. The two lines that say "having taken the dust," are not in the two combined translations, nor are they in the other two translations, which is in accordance with the explanation. If it exists, having taken the dust, that is, the image, without distraction, without exhaling breath, but holding it inward, and burying it in the cemetery, that is the method of not performing the fire offering. If that is done, then the object to be enticed will faint, like being unconscious, not knowing anything, completely bewildered, and if he/she has not gone there, one will see him/her full of afflictions, that is, tormented by suffering, and coming quickly like the force of wind, he/she will fall from above the practitioner. The third is, after explaining the fire offering, the woman called the messenger of karma, goes to the place where the male corpse is cremated, the place where the woman jumped in and was burned together, and calls out the name of that woman, saying: "You must always do this work of mine," thus commanding her three times to accept. The fresh twig of Karavira, with moisture, is taken equal to the length from the elbow to the end of the shoulder, or about two and a half hands in length, and thrown into the burning pyre of the corpse. Until that twig is not burned, quickly go and retrieve it, and after reciting the touch, that is, the mantra of the armor of the hero, seven times, what is recited is: "So-and-so come here, bring so-and-so boy or girl here," thus reciting. If one turns to the left with the left hand, then, through that turning, in that instant of turning, the young man or woman, his/her own beautiful form, will come like the force of the wind. "So-and-so come here" refers to the woman who died earlier, so the former and this one should be connected. The third is, Karava

For the red Kīra flower, recite the mantra one hundred and eight times, and take the flower from puṣya, that is, the union of the king. The practitioner smears it with ghee, and after reciting one hundred and eight times over the flower immersed in intoxicating water, enters the great river and immerses himself in the water below the navel, reciting the mantra one thousand times. After that, the practitioner joins his hands together, and the practice partner places the flower with blooming petals and intact stamens in the center. Regarding the phrase "recite outwards," there is a saying "fill it well," so fill the hands well with the flower placed by the practice partner, and drink it together with the water without touching the teeth. After drinking, the practitioner will attain the accomplishment of speech, by which all actions can be accomplished with mere words. Lhasbas said, "The flower in the center of the birthplace." Lavapa also thought so. For these two, there is no saying of the central position of joined hands. According to their view, when the sun and moon are eclipsed by Rāhu, a red flower is placed in the center where the two birthplaces, that is, the two secret places, are joined together. After the sun and moon are freed from Rāhu, it is taken out and drunk together with water. The fourth part is divided into two parts: attraction and fierce actions. Here, the actions of attraction are explained separately. The first part is: The necessity of accomplishing the accomplishment of speech is: If a king or the king's consort, with the mind of attraction, says "Come here" by name, they will surely be attracted. Similarly, by saying this, the gods together with the asuras and humans can be quickly controlled. With an angry mind, the words "Kill so-and-so" will kill, and will also cause the breaking of friendship and expulsion from the dwelling. In short, the practitioner can inflict punishment with mere words. With the mere words "This and this become stiff," one can make rivers, vehicles, wheels, oceans, elephants, horses, as well as clouds, men, or women indicated by the word "or," or even birds, suppressed, that is, stiffened. In short, whatever is thought in the mind, whatever one wants to do in the mind, can be done with mere words, and that is speech.
