The five essences are also. Everything takes the five grains and five medicines, etc. Fill it well with water together with these. The container skull filled with the five essences and so on and good-smelling perfume is placed on top of the vase. The neck of the vase is wrapped with thread, and the mouth is decorated with petals, that is, new leaves, and the neck is well wrapped with two new silk cloths. Purifying incense and generating the vase, generating the deity in it, and reciting mantras, etc., is the practice of the vase. Then place: eight vases are placed two each at the four gates, east, etc., and Lava said that the ninth vase is placed in front, which is said to be placed in the east. If the ninth vase is placed in the center, it seems to refer to the time of preparation above. Fourth, there are two: mandala decoration and mandala offering. The first is: beautify with gold, silver, pearls, and other precious jewels. There is no word "ram" in Lo chen's translation. The way to beautify is to decorate beautifully in all directions outside the foundation of the mandala with the precious jewels and gold, etc. mentioned earlier. The second is: the supreme city, that is, if you offer a pleasing mandala, you will achieve siddhi without any doubt, so you should offer it. The master himself should be well smeared with good-smelling perfume. The door is the face. Everything means that the four faces are all over the place, that is, you make yourself a four-faced Heruka and smear it. This is explained when you start practicing after the mandala has been drawn with colored powder. If you want supreme siddhi, you should offer a hundred lamps. If you want supreme siddhi, you should offer a hundred lamps, as well as a hundred kinds of incense, a hundred flowers, a hundred kinds of incense, and a hundred lamps. The word "ritual" is not found in the translations of Lo chen and Mai. The hundred lamps are mentioned twice, the first is a sesame oil lamp, and the second is because it must be placed, because the hundred lamps are the main ones, so said the blessed one. Some say that the latter is literal, and the former is the five meats, but Bhava Bhadra said that the former is common.

My butter lamp, and the subsequent lamp made with a large amount of butter, should be done as described. To whom should we offer? It is indicated by the two feet of the one called Heruka. Offering with the five victory banners is also an offering to the mandala. Similarly, pairs of clothes of various colors, one for each deity, and if not available, one shared among all. Various different garlands of flowers hanging from above, and the banners hanging above and the curtains on the sides, should be arranged as beautifully as possible. Similarly, with delicious food, drinks, and beverages, place them fully and equally, that is, with one-pointed mind, offer to the mandala. Thirdly, from the 'Condensed Tantra of Manifesting the Glorious Heruka,' the chapter on arranging the wheel of the mandala, and the ritual of offering to it, is the second chapter. Regarding the collection of wheels, the extensive explanation of the 'Condensed Tantra of Blissful Supreme,' from the 'All-Illuminating Hidden Meaning,' is the explanation of the second chapter. Secondly, there are six aspects to empowering the mandala that has been accomplished: First, to please the lama and the deity; to introduce into the mandala and empower; to offer gifts and benefits; to show the necessity of empowerment; to show the greatness of empowerment; to show the name of the chapter. The first aspect is: The second chapter has been explained, and then the third chapter will be explained, so connect it like that. The practitioner, that is, the disciple to be empowered, first, that is, before the empowerment, should make the teacher very happy. With what? With all the things of body, speech, and mind. That is, because one desires accomplishment, one should abide very equally, that is, with one-pointed devotion. One should worship the lama as much as one can, and pray for the purpose of empowerment. A bell with a sounding sound is hung from above, and also decorate from above with flowers and incense. Ring a very melodious bell, the practitioner strikes the drum, that is, the hand drum, and should say "Haha." If explained with allegory, Lawapa said that the bell refers to a sixteen-year-old girl, and the drum refers to a twelve-year-old girl. Thus it is said, the practitioner says, that is, the practitioner abides very equally. And, the practitioner with all, because the practitioner is spoken of to the disciple, so the one who beats the drum is the disciple.
