The Formed One: The left hand holds a kapāla filled with the antra, that is, the intestines and blood, of the demons. From the mouth flows rudhira, that is, blood. The right hand makes a threatening gesture in all directions towards gods, asuras, and humans. As for why the main deities' father and mother's attributes are not clearly explained, it is because the meaning of the root tantra is explained in many different ways in the explanatory tantras. Therefore, the complete meaning of the root tantra should not be understood from only one aspect. However, when performing rituals such as Lo Nak, Dril Sum, etc., the meaning of these should be explained according to the specific circumstances. For example, Luipa said that the mother's right hand holds a vajra, and Drilbupa said that she holds a kartrika. Both of these explanations are in accordance with the meaning of the root tantra. Similarly, there are many different explanations of the father's remaining attributes in the explanatory tantras, which should be combined with the explanation according to the specific circumstances. These also need to be understood from the individual sadhanas of each tradition, so they are not explained here. The remaining ones should also be understood in the same way. The twenty-four dakinis who arise from the lineage of Vajravarahi, such as Rab Tumma, etc., when placed in the four directions, starting from the east, should be meditated upon and offered to in a clockwise direction, and from the southeast in a counterclockwise direction. The phrase "in the center of the mandala" means inside the palace, or in the center of the spokes of the mandala. Are there only twenty-four heroines? No, just as the twenty-four heroines are meditated upon and offered to, so too should the twenty-four heroes be meditated upon and offered to in this palace. To be truly situated in the mandala means to be situated in the center of the spokes of the mandala. If the practitioner desires siddhis, then one should worship the heroes who are inseparable from the heroines, that is, the heroes together with the mothers, and not just any one of them individually. The phrase "the lower mamos" refers to the placement of the twelve mamos, which the previous lamas considered to be good. Among all the twelve mamos, the four, such as the dakinis, are placed in the four directions of the lotus center, the four, such as the crow-faced mother, are placed in the four directions of the doors, and the four, such as Yama Tänma, are placed in the four corners of the doors, and should be meditated upon in this way. Similarly, there are also four vases with skulls or four skulls.

are placed at the four corners of the lotus petals. These are to generate the Samaya beings. Regarding the retinue deities, since one aspect is not clearly stated in the root tantra, it should be considered that the explanatory tantras have many different descriptions of the body color, number, and hand gestures of the deities. For annual rituals and the like that are currently being practiced, it is necessary to combine them with one's own practice methods, so they are not listed here. Simply because one aspect is not clearly stated, it is easy to explain when combined with the explanatory tantras, so a one-by-one explanation is not given here either. It should be understood in the same way in other situations as well. Inviting the Wisdom Beings, that is, the Dakinis of the sky, the Heroines of the Mind Mandala, the Wisdom Beings, with their own minds, place everything above, that is, on the Mind Mandala Samaya Beings who travel in the sky, that is, invite them there. On the ground, that is, the Dakinis of the Protection Circle, the Wisdom Beings, place them on the Speech Dakinis Samaya Beings of the Mandala, that is, invite them there. All the Dakinis who are underground, that is, the Dakinis of the Body Mandala, the Wisdom Beings, place them in all the underground places, that is, on the Body Mandala Samaya Beings. In the Mandala, this phrase can also be combined with the previous and subsequent sentences. Through the implication of "above" and "below," it should also be understood as placing them in the middle. The Lamas explain it this way, which also agrees with the views of Lawapa and Lhasbas. Therefore, this also symbolizes inviting the Wisdom Beings onto the remaining Samaya Beings. The remaining rituals need to be understood from the Mandala Ritual. Thus, here it is said that fifty-two deities are placed in the Empowerment Mandala. But it is not limited to this, because the explanatory tantras also describe the Mandalas of Five Deities, Thirteen Deities, Thirty Deities, Solitary Hero, and so on. Therefore, it is also necessary to understand performing empowerments and the like in those Mandalas. The third is, after explaining the practice of the Mandala, next is the making of the Vase, that is, the method of making it will be explained. For the Vase, the base, that is, the pedestal, should be made, the color should be black, and other defects including ugliness and cracks should be avoided. The contents of the Vase are: pearls, gold, and jewels, that is, coral; red coral and silver; rosaries, copper is also counted as one of the five precious substances, so there are five precious substances; the food is
