From (here). The Sugata's three bodies possess excellent marks and names, and manifest in various forms for the benefit of beings. Like precious medicine, free from the stain of faults, yet as a mere gesture of worldly reverence and service, with this excellent cloth praised by the sinless Buddhas, wiping the bodies of the Buddhas, may we purify all obscurations of the three poisons of afflictions and attain the three bodies. Thus it is said. During the bathing, various offerings such as music should be made from time to time. All the water from the vases should be collected into vessels such as conch shells, and washing is also acceptable. May the bodies of the Victorious Ones be anointed with the finest incense, which arises as the essence of fragrance throughout the three thousand worlds, like gold that has been refined and polished, so that they blaze with light. The Sugata's supreme body possesses excellent marks and signs, and is adorned with precious, blazing light, and although it is beautiful with the ornaments of the aspects of enlightenment, as a mere gesture of worldly respect and service, by offering excellent and supreme ornaments such as precious necklaces and pendants, may I be endowed with the ornaments of supreme enlightenment and abide in the supreme, unsurpassed vehicle. Hūṃ. Having said this, after washing with bottles of various fragrances, wipe the body as previously described. Similarly, starting from "How was he born?" up to "Adorned with the fragrance of wisdom, I prostrate to the one who performs the bath well," at the beginning of each of the seven verses, add "all activities," and recite "Oṃ Hūṃ Trāṃ Hrīḥ Āḥ." Anoint and rub each of the seven substances from the five ambrosias to the five powdered fragrances. After reciting each verse, recite each of the seven mantras in order, from "Abhiṣeka-tala Oṃ Drima-dhu" to "Oṃ Mani-snānā," etc. Wash with each of the seven bottles from the three sweet bottles to the various jewel bottles. After each washing, wipe the body, and at the end of the verse beginning with "the six rivers," wash with bottles of various fragrances. "Pure, stainless, and pleasing, this excellent foot-washing water of mantra, I offer to you with great faith, please accept it as you please. Oṃ Āḥ Hrīḥ Pravara Sada-karaṃ Pādyaṃ Pratī Hūṃ Svāhā." Offer foot-washing water. Similarly, in place of foot-washing water, place face-washing water and offering water. In place of Pādyaṃ, place Āñcama-nāṃ and Argha, and offer face-washing water and offering water. "Born from water and land, these sacred flowers, I offer to you with great faith, please accept them as you please. Oṃ Sarva-tathāgata Puṣpe Pūja-megha-samudra-spharaṇa-samaya-śrīye Svāhā."
