How to practice the Completion Stage. First, there are three: how to practice the Samadhi of Body Isolation and Vajra Body, how to practice the Samadhi of Speech Isolation and Vajra Speech, and how to practice the Samadhi of Mind Isolation and Vajra Mind. First, there are three: how to enter Body Isolation after the Completion of the Generation Stage, how to become familiar with the method of entering itself, and how to actually maintain Body Isolation by relying on such familiarity. The first is: after the Generation Stage, the coarse aspect, from the single-pointed mindfulness of the Mandala Supreme King up to the complete manifestation of clarity, in order to stabilize the mind, the mind is stably placed on the subtle hand gesture of the upper gate. After it is stable, first practice the expansion and contraction with the hand gesture, and then practice the expansion and contraction of the deity's body. After becoming familiar with it, the mind is stabilized on the hand gesture or subtle bindu of the lower gate. Then, from the path of the Vajra Bindu, mentally extract the lotus of the Knowledge Consort and place it within. The clarity is complete on the complete perfection of the dependent and the depended mandala. After the Yoga of Conceptualization is practiced to the end by stabilizing the mind, entering the practice of Body Isolation is well known to the scholars who know this tradition. Above this subtle lower gate, there are two ways to proceed in the Generation Stage and the Completion Stage. The first is as previously described. The second is that there is one chakra in the center of the jewel, and at the tip of the jewel there is the lower end of the central channel. After clearly knowing the points to strike on the body, relying on the key point of holding the mind on the subtle at either of these two places, the innate wisdom is generated by the power of the wind gathering and dissolving in the central channel. By practicing the subtle lower gate, the wind of the impure element is reversed from flowing outward and enters the central channel, thereby transforming into life force. A detailed explanation with reliable sources is given. A detailed introduction to this instruction has been established in the "Lamp Illuminating the Five Stages", so it should be understood there. Therefore, instead of using the method of inducing innate wisdom through the subtle gate from this point, if one enters the practice of Body Isolation and so on, it means that one has not understood the key points of the instructions well. Therefore, one should practice the subtle lower gate again and gather the wind in the central channel.

After generating the co-emergent wisdom from the ground, one must meditate on the actual meaning of body seclusion. The second part has four points: the method of meditating on the subtle bindu of the lower chakra, the method of generating experience after meditating in this way, the method of removing obstacles when they arise, and the reason for meditating on the subtle bindu without meditating on emptiness for a while. The first point is: in order to generate samadhi, one must first, in a place with characteristics that are conducive to it, instantly visualize oneself as the three-faced, six-armed Heruka Vajradhara in union. Meditating on the subtle bindu requires four key points, the key point of time is: generally it is a daily practice, but especially it should be practiced in the early morning when it is quiet and the awareness is clear, and in the evening during the fire time. The key point of the body is: the legs should be in the vajra posture or the bodhisattva posture, the spine should be straight, the neck should be slightly bent, the eyes should not be fully open or closed, but should be moderately focused on the tip of the nose, the teeth and lips should be natural, the tip of the tongue should touch the palate, and the head should be neither high nor low. In the Vajramala, the key points of the body that are explained during the meditation on the winds are also similar for other meditations. The key point of the wind is: the breath flowing in and out should not be noisy or forceful, but should be slow and gentle. The key point of the object of focus is: although there are many as mentioned before, in this case, the area above the throat of Vajra is called the jewel, and in the center of it is the dhūti (藏文音译:杜帝) of the center of the chakra, so meditate inside it, or at the tip of the hole of the jewel there is the wick of the dhātī (藏文音译:达帝), meditate there. Although it is not necessary to clearly visualize the shape of the channels, it is necessary to clearly understand the two key points of the channels and focus your attention there. For things like this, it is extremely important to know whether or not you clearly understand the key points of focusing, so the lama must give clear guidance. When meditating there, the object of focus as the basis for settling the mind is: make a sun mandala the size of half a pea as a cushion. On top of it, visualize a subtle bindu with three characteristics: the color is blue, the shape is round, and the size is about the size of a mustard seed or rapeseed, view it as your own deity, and visualize one that is very bright and emits five rays of light. If you feel that the mind can grasp it, then the object of focus
