Living solely on coarse food and becoming accustomed to engaging in wisdom mudras is an extremely unelaborate conduct. Just as there is no difference between wood, palm leaves, and cotton wool burning to ashes, all three conducts can also accomplish the state of Vajradhara. It is said that one should learn these three conducts according to the distinctions of small, medium, and large, and in accordance with one's age. In the Samyoga, it is said that the five breaths by which the five families subdue sentient beings are the first breath, and the breath by which Vajrasattva subdues sentient beings is the second breath. Based on this, the former ones considered that in the context of conduct rituals, there are mainly only six transfers of consciousness. As it is taught, although there is no elaboration of Arali during the six breaths, it is generally the meaning explained in the Samyoga. Arali is translated as play or amusement. This also includes the mudras and responses mentioned in the Kriyasamgraha, and some practitioners strive for the combinations of hand mudras, song offerings, postures, dramas, and dances mentioned in the tantras that summarize these. Some also engage in practices such as the lotus posture mentioned in tantras such as Shri Chakrasamvara, and the nine sentiments of dance, which are also described as elaborate conduct in the Kriyasamgraha. Therefore, unelaborate conduct generally refers to those things that always need to be done, but sometimes those things are set aside to do something else due to necessity. However, even though there are many elaborate things here, such as special residences and seats, and companions for performing rituals, as well as their costumes, masks, and food, they are still considered extremely unelaborate, so the elaboration of activities there is very small. The three examples show that each of the three conducts can accomplish the result, so it is not necessary to practice all three. The former ones explain that just as the three things such as wood have different degrees of difficulty in burning, the three conducts also have different degrees of difficulty in accomplishment. Small, medium, and large, some explain as the three types of wealth: large, medium, and small, and the three types of wisdom: small, medium, and large, while others consider the strength of desire.

Although explaining the three types of great, medium, and small, it is in terms of the three types of resources: great, medium, and small; the three types of ages: young, middle, and old; and the three types of intentions that enjoy elaboration: great, medium, and small. Not having obtained the resources is because one has not obtained the illusory body, so it is in terms of engaging in conduct before that. The first such conduct is taught in the Samputa Tantra, while the Compendium of Practices explains that only the latter two conducts are taught in the Guhyasamaja Tantra. When examining the conduct of the unsurpassable yoga, such as mudras, taught in the Yoga Tantras, it is said to be the first conduct, but it is not in terms of those tantras. Considering that the extensive elaborations of the previously explained actions are not taught in the Guhyasamaja Tantra, it is said that only the last two conducts are taught in the Guhyasamaja Tantra. However, the Lamp Illuminating the Hidden Meaning says that the Guhyasamaja scripture teaches the first conduct, which is because those with elaborations engage in desire as they wish, and those in the generation stage engage in meditation and contemplation that enter into conduct with elaborations, so there is no contradiction. In the Compendium of Practices, because the resources are incomplete, if one cannot always perform the conduct with elaborations taught in the Samputa Tantra, then that tantra says: "Every day or every month, or likewise every year, after blessing it as it is, one should perform the dance of the Blissful Supreme Buddha." Like this, it is said that the latter two conducts should be done, which means doing them in the latter two periods, which is teaching the latter two conducts. In the Chakrasamvara Tantra, as it says, "According to the way it is accomplished," because one acts according to the way the resources are accomplished, it is also considered to be teaching the latter two conducts. These latter two conducts here, and the two conducts of the Guhyasamaja Tantra, should not be considered the same. Here, the former are established as three conducts from the perspective of intention, but they are considered to be two: the intention of entering desire and the intention of relying on a student. The first is because lust is stronger, so the three ways of entering with the intention of engaging in desirable objects as one wishes, by doing so in the realm of the senses alone, in the realm of both the senses and samadhi, and in the realm of samadhi alone, are explained in order as the intentions of entering with elaboration, without elaboration, and extremely without elaboration. The seventh chapter of the Root Tantra says:
