Therefore. Extreme joy is the mind of that aspect experiencing it again and again. Wonder is doubting whether it is this or not with various words, although explained clearly with meaning, like the former ones explaining upon seeing a meaning that has never occurred before. Distraction is the mind being distracted by seeing something pleasing. Contentment is experiencing the aspect of happiness, although explained clearly with meaning, it is the discrimination of being satisfied with that object. Embracing, kissing, and sucking are the minds desiring to do those actions. Steadfastness is the mind of unchanging continuity. Diligence is being devoted to virtue. Pride is thinking highly of oneself. Action or karma is completing the action that is constantly done. Plundering is desiring to steal wealth. Strength is desiring to defeat the armies of others. Joy is the mind that makes one accustomed to the path of virtue. The term "co-emergent," its Sanskrit equivalent is sahaja (藏文:ས་ཧ་ཛ་,梵文天城體:सहज,梵文羅馬擬音:sahaja,漢語字面意思:co-emergent), which is not found in Chinese sutras. Instead, sahasra (藏文:ས་ཧ་ས་,梵文天城體:सहस्र,梵文羅馬擬音:sahasra,漢語字面意思:thousand) is found, which, if translated, would be translated as hesitation or joining with joy. Thus spoke the ancient scholars. The commentary "Meaning Clear" extracts "without hesitation," and its meaning is explained as engaging in non-virtue due to arrogance. The new translation of "Compendium of Conduct" mentions "joining with difficulty," and Chak translates it as the five powers in order, while "Compendium of Conduct" translates it as "without hesitation." The ancient scholars explain "joining" as small, medium, and large due to diligence towards the object. Violence is wanting to argue with the virtuous ones without reason. Charm is wanting to sway or play upon seeing something pleasing. Resentment is holding grudges in the mind. Virtue is wanting to work on that action, and clear and truthful speech is wanting others to understand and to speak without altering perception. Untruthful speech is wanting to speak after altering perception. Determination is the commitment to the yidam being extremely firm. Non-attachment is not wanting to grasp all objects. Generosity is wanting to give away possessions. Encouragement is wanting to encourage others who are lazy. Courage is wanting to overcome enemies such as afflictions. Shamelessness is engaging in non-virtue without hesitation, having made oneself or the Dharma the master. Deceit is deceiving others with pretense. Cleverness and so on.

It is said that a sharp mind is like a sapling. Malice refers to being proficient in wrong views. Untamed refers to exalting oneself. Deceitfulness refers to being dishonest. In the last two lines, due to breakage, the moments of forty natures arise from utter emptiness. The seven natures are: from the five stages, the moment of intermediate attachment, as well as forgetfulness, confusion, non-speech, depression, laziness, and doubt. Forgetfulness is the loss of memory. Confusion is clinging to mirages as water, etc. Non-speech is the unwillingness to speak. Depression is discouragement. Laziness is disinterest in virtue. The other two are easily understood. These three conceptualizations seem to be explained as three types that enter through the three ways of very wanting, very not wanting, and intermediate. However, according to the commentary 'Meaningful Illumination' and the explanations of the predecessors, it is still explained as before. In the commentary 'Garland of Jewels', it seems to explain how these conceptualizations are included in one mental factor, but since it feels unreliable, it is not quoted. Such three conceptualizations are said in the 'Compendium of Activities' to be the nature of three appearances. The Sanskrit word for nature is Svabhava (Tibetan: རང་བཞིན་, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्वभाव, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: svabhāva, literal Chinese meaning: self-nature), which means arising, nature, and thing. Although it can also be interpreted as meaning arising, in the brief explanation of the 'Compendium of Activities' it says, "Nature is," and in the meaning comparison it says, "Thirty-three and forty characteristics," and "These are the seven characteristics of nature." Therefore, it is also said to be the characteristics of the three appearances. It is inappropriate to explain the meaning of nature with the palm as being its essence, and in 'Meaningful Illumination' to explain it as belonging to its category. As it is said in the blessing of the noble deity, "The earth element dissolves into water, water dissolves into fire, fire dissolves into the subtle realm, wind dissolves into mind, mind dissolves into mental factors, mental factors dissolve into ignorance, and ignorance also goes into luminosity." Therefore, before the appearance of mind, wind has already dissolved. Because this is the wind of the movement of conceptualization, at that time, conceptualization must also dissolve.
