The Sakya school says: Initially, experiences like mirages appear, accompanied by five rays of light. The second is like moonlight, and the third is intertwined with sunlight. These are obtained from the boundary appearances. As stated in the Compendium of Practices (Spyod-bsdus), it should be understood as such. The three signs not mentioned, apart from the mirage, are abbreviated. For a detailed explanation, refer to the Later Tantra (rGyud-phyi-ma), and understand where they occur as explained in the Lamp Illuminating (sgron-gsal). In short, the previous various schools, even if they do not newly add the object of meditating on letters etc. during this time of mind isolation (sems-dben), it is not good to first prioritize body isolation (lus-dben) and then, without considering how much the speech isolation (ngag-dben) Vajra recitation (rdor-bzlas) can generally lead to the four emptinesses, newly add the object of leading to mind isolation. This is because it seems that the main point of emphasizing the body within leading to mind isolation is abandoned, and subtle methods are being explained. The methods of generating bliss through the object that appears in the oral instructions transmitted from Nagtsho, and the five categories explained, although it seems that they were done because the necessity of quickly generating bliss was seen, the meaning of the scripture was not seen. Secondly, there are two parts: the way wisdom arises from external and internal conditions, and the explanation of the union of bliss and emptiness, etc. The first part is: From the Five Stages (Rim-lnga), it says: "The yogi who abides in Vajra recitation will attain the object in the mind." Although it is said that emptiness of mind isolation is led through Vajra recitation, it is not clear how it is led. The Compendium of Practices also says: "By abiding in speech isolation, mind isolation is attained, and without speech isolation, mind isolation does not arise." Although it says so, it is not clear how mind isolation arises from it at that time. However, if one can understand the three things mentioned, such as where to enter, in the context of the extensive explanation of speech isolation, and that ultimately the winds enter the indestructible point and luminosity arises, then one can understand that the emptinesses arise from the winds being gathered into the indestructible point and dissolving through Vajra recitation. This has already been explained. The Vajra Garland (rDo-rje-'phreng-ba) also says: "By the excellent practice of Vajra recitation, knowing the characteristics of the winds, cutting off the discursive winds, one will attain the object in the mind." This means that by blocking the movement of the winds through Vajra recitation, the emptinesses of mind isolation arise.

This has been clearly explained a lot. The method of generally guiding emptiness through Vajra recitation has been explained. In particular, the boundary for guiding the emptiness of mind isolation is: when the knot of the heart chakra is completely untied, and the winds are able to be gathered into the indestructible bindu of the heart, it is from that boundary. Before that, it is not possible. So, when guiding from that boundary, is it necessary to have other visualizations of the stages of gathering? Or is it not necessary? In the "Lamp Illuminating," quoted earlier from chapter three, it says, "One should always meditate day and night with the yoga of entering, abiding, rising, and gathering." The three yogas of rising, entering, and abiding that are mentioned are Vajra recitation, and the yoga of gathering is clearly something that must be done from the boundary where Vajra recitation and the indestructible bindu are able to guide the four emptinesses. In Naropa's instructions, it also says that when guiding emptinesses, a yoga of gathering will arise. The method of gathering is: as it is said, one should practice with the five meanings and the two meditations, and one should practice with grasping and subsequent dissolution. In the commentary on the sadhana of Lui-pa, made by Lawapa, it says that the gathering of subsequent dissolution is also explained in the lower stages of the completion stage. In the oral instructions, it also says that the gathering of subsequent dissolution is explained from the meditation on the indestructible bindu in the heart, and there is no difference that would make it unsuitable here. In the transmission from Nakts'o of Naropa's instructions, it is also said that even without letters, the method of generating mind isolation is explained. In the collected three instructions of the Marpa tradition, the letters of the mantra wheel are also not visible. Therefore, in that tradition, it is not necessarily impossible to not have the letters of the mantra wheel. If one uses the practice of the three vital forces and the yoga of gathering to make a method for guiding mind isolation, is that sufficient or not? Regarding this, the "Collected Compendium of Wisdom Vajra" says, "The true union of the vajra and the lotus is the means for the mind and mental factors. The equal union of the mind and mental factors is the means for the samadhi of great bliss. That is closely illustrated by the example of illusion." And it says, "Just as butter and sesame oil do not arise without the true mixing of milk and sesame, likewise, without the true mixing of mantra and mudra, the vajra and lotus are not equally united,
