After reciting for six months, the knot of the pulse at the heart is completely untied, which refers to the object of taming with very sharp faculties. In this tantra, the abiding that is not the arising and dissolving of the wind is not mentioned many times, but the commentators say, "Shows coming and going." It is explained as "going and not going," but it is clearly stated in "dissolving, abiding, and arising, the yoga of the completion stage." Je Gos said: The extent to which the practice of coarse wind reaches the ultimate is: the appearance is clear, that is, the appearance of color is clear in the manifestation of the senses; the appearance of number is clear without inversion and confusion; the sound nature of the three-letter form is clear; the nature of abiding and coarse and fine; the appearance of fast and slow and light and heavy is clear. The sign of reaching the ultimate is: no sudden illness will occur. The extent to which the practice of subtle wind reaches the ultimate is: it can put the wind of the external three thousand worlds into the pores and contain it in the body; it can expel all the internal wind and fill the three thousand worlds, and be able to mix the inside and outside; the external wind touches slightly, and two feelings of happiness and light touch will arise. The extent to which the practice of the branch wind reaches the ultimate is: it can transfer the perception of the senses to the doors of each sense; it can restrain harmlessly, that is, when the four winds of wind, fire, earth, and water are running, instead of releasing them outward, restrain them inward, and in turn be able to fly harmlessly in the air; there is no harm from external cold; it will not be shaken by giants and similar harms; no harm such as fire will occur, which is the saying of those with supernatural powers. The second is: as mentioned before, when the wind and mantra are combined and recited without duality, in the mind, the tones of the wind appear as three letters, not only the intention of the mind, but a strong experience of the transformation of consciousness arises, for example, the generation stage practitioner first intends in the manner of a deity and practices, and after becoming accustomed to it, it naturally transforms into the pride of the deity without the need for conscious effort. In this way, it is possible to cut off the appearance and attachment that wind and mantra are different, and, from the middle of the central channel, arising, dissolving, abiding

Through reciting three (times), by the key of wind and mind entering the same state, it is possible to make (them) run from the central channel (Sanskrit: dhūtī). For this, one must first deliberately adjust in order to generate and enter there. Once familiar with this, through the cause of vajra recitation, the wind enters into it, which is a definite phenomenon. The sign of this is: when not performing vajra recitation, the breath flows alternately through the left and right nostrils; but once vajra recitation is performed, it will not take long for the breath to definitely tend to flow simultaneously in the central channel. This is merely the result of making the breath enter there through vajra recitation. This should also be understood in relation to meditating on the subtle points of the lower gate and the heart center. Although one is able to make the breath enter the central channel, if it cannot be maintained for a long time and instead alternates between the left and right channels, this is due to a lack of practice. Like this, once the breath has entered the central channel, and one has become accustomed to generating and entering within it as previously explained, then each time, little by little, the knots of the heart channel will gradually loosen, and eventually one will be able to untie the channel knots. If, by relying on the vajra recitation within the central channel that depends on the key of the heart center, one is able to make the breath enter the central channel, and the channel knots are able to loosen, but vajra recitation cannot stop the breath from remaining in the central channel, because vajra recitation does not prevent the breath from flowing in and out, but rather maintains its natural state. Therefore, if one thinks that without a means of closing the breath inward, удерживая (Russian, удерживая) and preventing its inward and outward flow, vajra recitation cannot make the breath dissolve into the central channel, then such doubts arise from being satisfied with only understanding one aspect of the completion stage, and not understanding how the yoga of bindus and other practices mentioned in authoritative treatises generally collect the breath, especially for those who do not understand the collections that explain all the key points of vajra recitation through diligent effort. However, there is no fault in this, because as previously explained, once one is accustomed to vajra recitation that balances the three—entering, abiding, and rising—from a certain point, even without deliberately abiding, a state of breath abiding will naturally arise. Moreover, this abiding will become longer and longer, and at the same time, even without deliberately stopping the inward and outward breathing, the breathing will become shorter and shorter. Therefore, in the initial practice, there is no need to deliberately make the abiding longer than the natural state of rising and entering. After that, when one again strives in vajra recitation, the breath
