To fix (consciousness) on the bindu means to transform the mind into the bindu and meditate on it. Thus it is said. In the Commentary Moonlight, it says: Visualize your own mantra (Tibetan: རང་གི་སྔགས།), the samadhi mind hero (Tibetan: ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་སེམས་དཔའ།) in the heart, and above its bindu, visualize the mind of self-nature in the form of Nada (Tibetan: ནཱ་ད།) as the essence of mind. Thus it is said. In the Lag Smi, it says: In the center of the lotus in the heart, in the Dhuti (Tibetan: དྷཱུ་ཏཱི), visualize the bindu of the Hum syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) of your own mantra, the sound of clouds, and placing the life there is explained as placing the clear consciousness riding on the wind there. There are other explanations from other schools about this, and even in this school, it is permissible to meditate on the Hum syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) and the A syllable (Tibetan: ཨ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) in the heart at this time, but the meaning of "own mantra" mentioned here does not refer to these, but rather to focusing the life on the mind and directing it to the bindu above that syllable. "Life is fixed as the bindu" does not mean this. Because the uncommon necessity of meditating on the three life-force practices (Tibetan: སྲོག་རྩོལ་གསུམ།) at this time is that the other winds are gathered and dissolved into the indestructible bindu in the heart, thereby drawing out the four emptinesses. Even if the other two life-forces are allowed to be like that, but for the practice of the life-force of the lower gate, because it has been said before to lower the bodhicitta to the top of the mark and grasp it, if one thinks that the four emptinesses arising from the gathering sequence in the heart will not arise, that is correct. Because that is before grasping the bindu at the top of the secret place, during the period when it can be grasped, and after that, the union of the two mudras also becomes a method of gathering wind in the heart, because there is an uncommon instruction, there is no fault. In the Root Tantra, it says: Explaining the meaning of meditating on the five-colored jewel, the size of a mustard seed, at the tip of the nose. The Vajra Garland says about the three nose tips and the three bindus to be meditated on there. The characteristics of the three nose tips are: Secret, heart, face nose names. And the three bindus of wind, mantra, and substance, are supreme. Thus it is said. Meditating on the bindu of substance at the nose tip of the secret place, as shown by what was quoted earlier. Meditating on the bindu of mantra at the nose tip of the heart is: In the center of the lotus in the heart, in the center, place the Hum syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). At the end of what is said, this is explained as the bindu of mantra. And meditating on the bindu of wind at the nose tip of the face

Furthermore, the Bindu Yoga of Wind is supreme, with its five colors clearly manifest and vast. Through the yoga of connecting with the tip of the nose, one should meditate from all aspects. Such a mantra is supreme, and should be recited by yogis. Thus it is taught. Moreover, this Bindu of Mantra is supreme. The two Bindus are light and substance. Thus, the indestructible Bindu of Mantra in the heart is superior to the other two Bindus. The Bindu of Wind is also called the Bindu of Light. Meditating on the Bindu of Light is said to be the Vajra recitation of the coming and going of wind at the tip of the nose. Therefore, it should be combined with the life force of the previously mentioned Later Tantra. The explanations of Kalden Drakpa and others are meaningless. If it is thought that the three life forces mentioned earlier are practiced by one person, and the Vajra Garland says in response to the question of whether one yogi or separate individuals practice, "Due to great desire, one meditates on the Bindu of Substance; due to great hatred, one meditates on the Bindu of Mantra; and due to great delusion, one meditates on the Bindu of Light," then it seems inconsistent. Generally, it is said that for the sake of beings with desire, it is for the sake of the desire of combining the two faculties. All three individuals are like that, but there are also three internal distinctions. The three are spoken of in terms of which path primarily leads, and it is not shown that one person cannot practice all three. These three paths are also said to be for the sake of liberating those to be tamed in this life, and for quick liberation. Here, the deluded one is the one with equal parts of desire and hatred. When reciting the self-mantra that combines the three of rising, entering, and abiding of wind with the three letters, although one recites while contemplating the indestructible Bindu in the lotus of the heart, one must also meditate on the Bindu of Mantra in the heart without combining it with that. In this system, life force is the wind that sustains life, and that alone is not a branch of the six yogas. Therefore, the branch of life force yoga is abbreviated as life force. When meditating on the two Bindus at the tip of the nose of the heart and the secret place, although there is no actual meditation on the life force wind, it is a special method of collecting the karma wind into the central channel, so it is not contradictory to meditate on the life force. Speech isolation and Vajra recitation are of the yoga of life force.
