With vast and meticulous wisdom, do not be easily satisfied, but comprehend for a long time! Fifth, regarding explaining how speech isolation, the six branches, becomes a branch of life-exertion. Regarding how that branch is spoken of in the Later Tantra: The nature of the five wisdoms is breath, the essence of the five elements. Having extracted it from the form of a globule, contemplate it well on the tip of the nose. The five-colored jewel is said to be life and exertion. Having contemplated one's own mantra in the heart, life abides as a bindu. Thus it is said. The meaning of this is explained by the Lamp: The first four lines contemplate the material bindu on the secret tip of the nose, the first two lines and from "jewel" to "one's own mantra," contemplate the luminous bindu that performs vajra recitation in the upper nostril, from "in the heart" downwards, half a line and two lines, show that it is necessary to contemplate the indestructible bindu on the tip of the nose in the heart. Therefore, contemplating three bindus on the three tips of the nose is contemplating the three life-exertions. Among these, the breath of the five wisdoms is from the mirror-like wisdom, which is the pervasive wind, to the Dharmadhatu wisdom, which is the life-sustaining wind. The five elements are from earth to space, that is, downward elimination is the nature of earth, and so on. The breath of the five wisdoms, which has the nature of earth and so on, arises from one's own vajra aperture, and on the tip of the nose of the vidya's lotus, contemplate with the globular form of bodhicitta, that is, the form of a bindu. Regarding how the winds transform into the essence of a bindu, in the sixth chapter of the Lamp it is said: At the time of the equal entry of means and wisdom, the life-exertion wind located above, drawn by the joy of equal entry, is melted by the fire of desire and transforms into a bindu. All the translations of the Later Tantra quoted in the sixth chapter of the Lamp, and the two new translations quoted in the commentary of the twelfth chapter, and in the Five Stages translated by Chag and in the Compendium of Conduct, the phrase "tip of the lotus nose" appears. And the two old translations of the commentary of the twelfth chapter are pure, and the Later Tantra and the Five Stages and the Compendium of Conduct were translated by the great translator without the word "lotus," thus indicating that there are both with and without in the Indian manuscripts. However, in the Compendium of Conduct, the winds of the four mandalas

The recitation of the three syllables of "la" is done on the tip of the nose. As it is said that "five wisdoms" and so on are clearly shown by six lines, therefore, the absence of a lotus is also a pure manifestation. The statement by the Black One that "the tip of the lotus of the face" is incorrect. If the tip of the face is now applied to the recitation of the vajra, as stated in the Compendium of Practices, the four winds of pervasive abandonment, and the tip of the nose is the upper nostril, and the shape of a ball is extracted, each one mainly flows, and the other three arise in the manner of being contained within it. In the Secret Nectar, it is said that these winds transform into three stages of entering, abiding, and rising, which are the ball, and it is also said that they arise after transforming into the shape of three syllables. Kālacakra says that meditating on the tip of the lotus is only symbolic, so it is also said to meditate on the tip of the vajra, which is the method of each male and female meditating on their respective nose tips. Here, it is meditating on both the nose tips of oneself and the consort, because meditating on each nose tip has already been discussed in the context of the subtle generation stage and the stage of bodily isolation. These texts, in the sixth chapter of the Lamp Illuminating, state that meditating on the subtle bindu of the lower gate of the generation stage is taught, which is taught in a way that the characteristics are the same, but the actual meaning is of the completion stage. Meditating on both nose tips, in the Vajra Garland it is said: "The channels all flow downwards, The bodhicitta is made firm, At the tip of the vajra and the tip of the lotus, The wind is held for an instant. The combination of letters on the palate, With the combination of the mantra Ksham (藏文:ཀྵྨཾ,梵文天城体:क्षम,梵文罗马拟音:ksham,汉语字面意思:啥), It is said that the supreme yoga is attained." Therefore it is said. Its meaning is: by the method of the bodhicitta flowing down from the channels and melting, stabilizing on the two nose tips, one attains the supreme yoga. The method of stabilizing, the commentary says, the palate is the extremely long channel in the center of the dharma source, and the combination of striking it is an extremely tight binding, Ksham (藏文:ཀྵྨཾ,梵文天城体:क्षम,梵文罗马拟音:ksham,汉语字面意思:啥) is meditating on the tip of the vajra, and "holding the wind for an instant," it is said that the supreme yoga of meditating on the very nature of the life wind is attained. According to this, the combination of striking the palate, one can attain. In another translation it says: wind.
