To Jābhuti Devahita, and to Sārahā and Nāgārjuna and others, and to the heroes such as the Nāga Yoginīs, and to the great secret path traversed by millions of heroines. Entering here is said to be a good fortune. Think well, and with a joyful countenance, with a radiant and smiling demeanor, abandon the three faults of a distracted vessel and listen. Here is the sole lamp of the three realms, the supreme guide for gods and humans, the source of all good teachings. Among the many teachings well-spoken by the Buddha Bhagavan in accordance with what is suitable for the beings to be tamed, the most excellent, supreme, and principal is the one called the Glorious Guhyasamāja, this is the jewel of the three realms. Based on that, the order of the path by which a fortunate individual progresses to supreme enlightenment is the Dharma to be explained. There are six parts to this explanation: the manner of establishing the two tantras, the expression of the greatness of the Guhyasamāja, the order of explaining its intention, the number of texts in the Ārya cycle, the manner in which its instructions were transmitted to Tibet, and the actual meaning of the precious instructions. The first part has three sections: the manner in which the names of the unsurpassed tantras came to be differentiated, the teaching of the difference between the two tantras that correspond to the meaning of the names, and the specific explanation of the means tantra. First, there are many ways of naming the two divisions of the unsurpassed tantras. The *Compendium of Principles* says: "The measure of the Yoga Tantras is definitely sixty million koṭis, likewise the number of the Yoginī Tantras is known as sixteen million koṭis." Thus, it speaks of the Yoga and Yoginī Tantras. In the *Buddha Skull* and *Vajra Tent* and others, the same terminology is used. This is like how 'son' is the basis for distinguishing between a boy and a girl, but the general term 'son' is specifically applied to a boy. The Yoga Tantra applies to both means and wisdom, but the general term 'Yoga Tantra' is specifically applied to the means tantra. The Yoginī Tantra is also often referred to as the Ḍākinī Tantra. In the *Stainless Light* and others, the means tantra and the wisdom tantra are spoken of. Nāgabodhi and Candrakīrti also say that the mother tantra is the wisdom sūtra. Some Tibetan lamas

The terms "Father Tantra" and "Mother Tantra" are derived from the name "Yogini Tantra," which is consistent with what is said in the Vajra Heart Ornament Tantra: "The Vajra Heart Ornament Tantra, Dakini and Dakinaka, are the basis of all tantras." The second part is divided into two points: raising the point of doubt, and explaining their respective views on it. The first point is: If the Anuttara Tantra is divided into two tantras, skillful means and wisdom, are these two tantras the non-dual tantra of skillful means and wisdom, or not? If according to the first case, it is unreasonable, because the meaning of the name called the skillful means and wisdom tantra is the tantra that emphasizes one side of skillful means and wisdom, and the non-dual tantra is the tantra that equally combines skillful means and wisdom. If according to the second case, it is also unreasonable, because the meaning of "yoga" in "Anuttara Yoga" is said in the Compendium Sutra: "Skillful means and wisdom equally enter, this is called yoga." As it is said, it is the meaning of equally combining skillful means and wisdom, not the meaning of emphasizing one side. Therefore, the tantra of the supreme skillful means and wisdom equally combined should be the non-dual tantra. Since this is the case, how should it be explained whether the two tantras of skillful means and wisdom and the non-dual tantra are contradictory or not? The second part is divided into two points: the views of others and the views of oneself. The first point is: Some Tibetan lamas divide the Anuttara Tantra into three separate tantras: skillful means, wisdom, and non-duality, and believe that the way to establish the skillful means and wisdom tantras is to emphasize each side separately, while the non-dual tantra believes that it indicates both. Moreover, they believe that the Hevajra says: "The tantra of the nature of skillful means and wisdom." Therefore, the Hevajra is a non-dual tantra, and it is not contradictory that the Hevajra Yogini Tantra is said in this tantra, because the non-dual tantra needs the wisdom tantra. As it is said, the non-dual tantra must also be said to be the skillful means tantra. Therefore, if one's own school divides the Anuttara Tantra into three tantras, then the way to establish the two tantras is to emphasize each side separately, and the non-dual tantra indicates the aggregation of the two sides, it should be explained how it is not contradictory.
