心间的无坏风和明点安住在心间脉结的dhuti(梵文:dhūti,梵文罗马拟音:dhūti,汉语字面意思:涤除)中。 这是因为心间的脉结阻挡了下泄风无法通过其中心的dhuti(梵文:dhūti,梵文罗马拟音:dhūti,汉语字面意思:涤除)向上运行,命勤风也是如此。

The indestructible winds and bindus of the heart reside within the dhūti (Sanskrit: dhūti) of the heart's knot. The life-sustaining wind that flows through the nostrils, although residing in the heart, does not remain there. In the chapter on the essence of body, speech, and mind in the Vajra Garland, it is said that the downward-clearing wind resides in the middle of the secret place of the anus. This refers to the secret lotus being the actual place, and it refers to the elimination of feces downward through the anus. In the Lamp of Clarity, it is said that the earth wind resides in the lotus of the anus, which is merely another name for the secret lotus. Now, in the Vajra Garland, it says: "Sixty-four eight two petals, facing up and down. Relying truly on above and below, life and downward-clearing wind move." Does this refer to the eight-petaled veins above and below the heart, or to the sixty-four-petaled veins above and below the navel? If it were the first, it would contradict what was said earlier. If it were the second, it would contradict the statement at the end of the two "spaces of the heart's lotus": "Relying truly on above and below, life and downward-clearing great wind reside." If you ask this, "above and below" refers to above and below the heart's knot. Moreover, "reside" here means "move," so it is the path of movement, not a place to stay, so there is no first fault. Then, since it is said that the earth wind and downward-clearing wind both move in the two nostrils, what does it mean to "move relying on below the heart"? This is because the heart's knot blocks the downward-clearing wind from being able to go upward through the dhūti (Sanskrit: dhūti) in its center, and the life-sustaining wind is the same. Just as the life-sustaining wind comes and goes from the heart and throat to the nostrils above, the downward-clearing wind also comes and goes from the navel to the anus and the tip of the sign. In the Tantra of the Red Destroyer, it says: "The downward-clearing wind goes down to the end of the secret path, releasing and starting from the navel. After the heart goes to the throat, life goes out from the nostrils." So it is said. The equally abiding wind abides together with the inner heat of the navel. In the Vajra Garland, it says: "Because the knot in the center of the heart blocks, from that place the life-sustaining wind cannot go down, and the downward-clearing wind cannot go up." According to this reasoning, the abiding of the three winds in the other three chakras is also now coming and going from the center of the knot.

It is not like that. The Vajra Garland says: 'Secret, heart, navel center, Shows coming and going in the secret lotus.' This refers to how the four places, excluding the pervasive one, come and go from. That is, although initially the wind rises and stays at the end of its own movement in those places, in the meantime, when moving, it is not that it goes out from its own place, nor does it merely enter that place. When the winds move, from which nostril does it move, and what is the wind of which element mandala, and what is its color? The Vajra Garland says: 'The abode of the five Buddhas, Arises from the nostrils, The five winds move correctly above, Constantly changes to act on the body. What moves in the conventional nose, Transforms from that gate, Left and right and both, And slowly moving, four aspects. The element realm arises from the right, It is the mandala of fire itself, This good red color, Is the movement of the Lotus Lord. The element realm arises from the left, Relying on the wind mandala, Appearing as greenish-yellow, Is the movement of the Karma Lord. The element realm arises from both, Appearing as golden in color, It is the mandala of power, Is the movement of the Jewel Lord. The realm of slow and non-moving, Appearing like pure crystal, This is the water mandala, Is the movement of the Vajra Lord. From all the realms, it arises correctly, The grasping of the support and the supported, Is the nature of Vairochana, It arises at the end of death. These four mandalas, Are constantly recited by being placed equally, The number of recitations by the mantra practitioner, Is constantly recited day and night.' So it is said. Its meaning is explained in the Condensed Practice: From the nostrils of the vajra and lotus, rays of light arise and go upwards, and in the order of entering the lord of the three-syllable mantra into each of the mandalas that move from the doors of the conventional nostrils, left and right, etc., it is constantly said that one recites oneself. In the fourth line, another translation says: 'Always moves correctly in the body.' It is also said that the pervasive one also moves through the nostrils above the five winds, thus showing that it arises from the nostrils.
