My nature is peaceful. It means that it is peaceful for the sake of pacifying the conceptualizations such as grasping, and it is merely appearance. All of this will ultimately converge into emptiness, just like that. The previous ones are good, but the latter, according to Patshab, "All of that will ultimately converge into the sole emptiness." Saying it like that is correct. The previous one-pointed mind is entering into the emptiness of the nature of all Buddhas. The word "only" in "only this" cuts off all conceptualizations existing at that time, and it means pacification. Space is emptiness, so saying "everything is empty" is the fourth emptiness. Abiding in that means the first three emptinesses successively entering into it. These two lines are also explanations of the one-pointed mind. Therefore, Gelan combines the one-pointed mind with mind isolation, saying, "All Buddhas are actually the illusory body, and the remainder is a brief explanation of luminosity." This statement is unreasonable. In the introduction to the Vajra Garland, in the chapter on the body isolation of the secret explanation of the realm, it also says, "Wind and fire and water and earth, the four such as the eyes, in the three wisdom natures, the knowable bestows Buddhahood and enlightenment." It means that the four being meditated upon, such as the eyes, should be known as the nature of the three wisdoms of the three emptinesses. Therefore, in the chapter on body isolation, there is the wisdom of the three emptinesses of the path time. The fourth emptiness previously mentioned is the illustrative luminosity, and it is not contradictory for it to arise from body isolation to the illusory body. However, saying three emptinesses below the illusory body refers to the illustrative luminosity being gathered into the near-attainment great emptiness. Therefore, at these times, entering into near-attainment luminosity refers to entering into the near-attainment that has lost consciousness, placing all of that lower part in emptiness, like a cloudless sky. Then, the characteristics of general meditation previously mentioned, although they appear in both investigation and analysis, do not appear in bliss, clarity, and one-pointedness. Wouldn't those three be separated from that meditation? If you think like that, then meditation contemplates the object of power, etc., as deities, and this can be divided into contemplating the appearance of the deity's face, hands, and feet, and contemplating the suchness of the deity, so there is no fault. The "Lamp Illuminating the Excellent" says: For the object

During the practice, one contemplates that the three, such as the senses, are the nature of the five families, which is the conceptualization of conceptual thought; one contemplates that they are the nature of the five wisdoms, which is the conceptualization of analysis; one thinks that the manifestation of that very nature is oneself, thereby giving rise to a special joy, which is called joy; having obtained the bliss of mind, the body transforms into pliancy, which is called bliss. Conceptualization and analysis are appearance, joy is increase, and bliss is near attainment. These three are what the wisdom of mind isolation desires. This is the meaning of the three wisdoms, as stated in the Wisdom Vajra Samuccaya, in the condensed practice, regarding what the object of focus is during mind isolation, and what kind of grasping attitude is used to apprehend it, there is a fault of not being able to clearly ascertain. What Naropa explained as the meaning of the two limbs seems to be merely a transcription of the Lamp Illuminating. This six yogas of the noble tradition seems to need to be explained in detail, but since the predecessors did not elaborate, here it will be explained and expounded in detail. The sixth has three aspects: the way the winds gather by meditating on the subtle nadi; the way bliss arises from that; and after it arises, how to equally maintain and subsequently cultivate it. The first aspect is: if one has previously been able to draw forth special bliss by firmly attaining the yoga that focuses on the mandala of the subtle nadi, then one should understand the way joy arises and cultivate it as explained. If one has not been able to attain it even in this way, then from this point one should mainly abide in the yoga of the father and mother and cultivate it. If that is also not possible, then one should proceed as one is currently entering, first cultivating the yoga of the wheel of the mandala, and then finally cultivating it. From the Condensed Five Stages, it says: The key points of body, time, place, and wind, should be known as four aspects. According to what is said, the key point of the body is as explained in speech isolation. The key point of time is that it is generally constant, but especially when awareness is clear, and one should cultivate in the afternoon during the fire time. The key point of wind is sufficient according to one's own tradition. Regarding where to fix the object of focus, the key point of place is, in the sixth chapter of the Lamp Illuminating, it says: For a man, in the vajra path, from the hand gesture to the size of a sesame seed; for a woman, in the lotus, reaching the size of a chickpea; in the third chapter of the Lamp Illuminating, it says: The conventional bodhicitta is the size of a white mustard seed, on the mouth of one's own vajra.
