Those great yogis, too, moved by great compassion that could not bear the suffering of beings tormented by pain and deprived of happiness, the main goal to be accomplished is the benefit of others. However, they see that in order to accomplish this perfectly, if Buddhahood is not attained, other methods cannot do it. Therefore, in order to achieve this goal, striving to attain perfect Buddhahood is similar to both mantra and the Mahayana of the Paramitas, because there is no difference in the generation of bodhicitta. Thus, appearing directly to sentient beings and accomplishing their benefit is the Form Body among the two bodies, not the Dharma Body, so the main goal to be accomplished is the Form Body. Therefore, in the stage of the Completion Stage, a special cause similar to the method of accomplishing the Form Body is needed, a supreme and unsurpassed characteristic that is not present in other vehicles and tantras, and in the Initial Stage. Regarding this, if there is no wisdom that realizes emptiness, liberation from the bonds of samsara cannot be attained. Although such wisdom is also present in the Hinayana, since there is no completeness of the method of the cause of the Form Body, no matter how much emptiness is meditated upon, only liberation from existence can be attained, but omniscience cannot be attained. Therefore, although the realization of emptiness is indispensable for the various methods of the cause of the Form Body, in order for the realization of emptiness to enter into the difference up to the Dharma Body, the completeness of the method must also be meditated upon, which is the view of both the Great Vehicle practitioners. However, in the Mahayana of the Paramitas, although there is meditation on the path that corresponds to the Dharma Body, there is no meditation on the deity body that corresponds to the Form Body, so there are superior and inferior aspects in the method of the Form Body, and whether or not it is necessary to meditate on the two paths that correspond to the two bodies, and that the paths of all four classes of tantras must be accepted, etc., the details have already been explained in the Stages of the Path of Vajradhara, so I will not elaborate here. Furthermore, the deity yoga of the lower three tantras is an extremely distant cause of the Form Body compared to the Unsurpassed Yoga. And the deity yoga of the Initial Stage of the Unsurpassed Yoga is only the ripening of the roots of virtue that give rise to the realization of the Completion Stage, so the difference is very great.

Generally, the deity yoga of the completion stage of entering is a cause of the form body, and in particular, at the end of the completion stage of the path of learning, a cause with similar characteristics of the marks and signs is needed, which is the proximate cause of the form body of the result. For this, in the Paramita Vehicle, as a cause of the form body, generally many accumulations of merit are needed, and in particular, in order to obtain the causes of each of the marks and signs, one must accumulate the accumulations of welcoming and sending off the lama, etc., for many lifetimes, and then obtain the ground, and obtain a body that is in accordance with the marks and signs of the result. Moreover, as the grounds become higher and higher, and better and better, in the last existence, one obtains all the ultimate marks and signs of the path of learning of that path. Then, when he attains enlightenment, it is said that the previous similarity of the marks and signs of that body becomes the cause of the similarity of the marks and signs of the result. It is not desirable to suddenly change the state without having previously obtained the body of marks and signs. Similarly, for the attainment of enlightenment in one lifetime through the path of Unsurpassed Yoga, it is not said that one must obtain a body adorned with marks and signs merely after the body has been accomplished, and even if one does not obtain a body adorned with marks and signs on the path of learning, it is not the case that the body suddenly changes its state because there is no cause of similarity. Therefore, from the stage of the path of learning of the completion stage, one must obtain a body adorned with marks and signs, and this coarse body of the ripening result is not generated into a body adorned with marks and signs by meditating on the deity yoga, and, as in the stage of the generation stage, it is not sufficient to merely contemplate the body as the deity body with the mind, so one needs a special deity yoga that is different from these and that can obtain a body adorned with marks and signs, and since its proximate cause cannot be other than wind, it is necessary to ascertain the method of accomplishing the illusory body from wind. Furthermore, based on the spoken tantra Vajra Garland and the Intentional Statement, it will be proven below that in the body of sentient beings at the time of the basis, there is one temporary coarse body and two primordial bodies composed only of wind and mind. At that time, just as it is believed that the proximate cause of the wisdom dharmakaya is the primordial co-emergent mind, similarly, one must also accomplish the form body from the proximate cause of the primordial body composed only of wind and mind, which is the same in all respects.
