They are all of their own nature. To abide therein is to believe in the nature of one's own body, speech, and mind. To meditate on Nampar Nangdze (Vairochana), Miyowa (Akshobhya), and Tsepakme (Amitayus) is to make the two bodies inseparable and visualize Nampar Nangdze, to make the two minds inseparable and visualize Miyowa, and to make the two speeches inseparable and meditate on Odpakme. Thus, in the heart of the three Samayasattvas visualized, meditating on the three syllables Om (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), and Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) is the Jñanasattva. The mantra is, on Om (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), the consciousness, which is the Samadhisattva thigle (bindu); on Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), the Samadhisattva, one's own mind transformed into a thigle; on Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), the Samadhisattva vajra, which is one's own mind transformed into a thigle. Thus, the yogi who meditates in this way, with his own mind immersed in the center of the vajra of cessation, the clear light, even abandoning the meditation on the thigle, when he arises at the ultimate end of the clear light, at that time, he will hold the supreme of all Buddhas, that is, he will accomplish, and he will become like a wish-fulfilling jewel that fulfills all wishes, endowed with the glory of the two accumulations. The three vajras of body, speech, and mind of all sentient beings, and meditating on one's own body, speech, and mind as inseparable, this is the most supreme of the supreme Utpattikrama Samaya. By what does the wisdom that knows the secret instruction of holding the clear light of cessation arise? By this, one becomes a Buddha, and the accomplishment of the skandhas is that one is separated from the ordinary body and obtains a profound and vast wisdom body, as explained in the Lamp Illuminating. This is to obtain the illusory body, for the purpose of placing one's own body, speech, and mind into the clear light. First, meditate on the Body Vajra, then on the Speech Vajra, then on the Mind Vajra as a triple Samayasattva. Not only the first two Sattvas, but also the Samadhisattva thigle should be meditated on correctly, and then placed into the clear light. The three Samadhisattva thigles are short A (ཨ་ཐུང་), and the place to put them is inside the triangular thigles, according to the Gos lineage. After that, the tantra says, "The vajra abides in the sphere of space," etc., and the explanation of meditating on the three vajras is a later one, the former is the complete holding.

Although there are some combinations, it is said that the latter clarifies the meaning of the former in another way. Therefore, the former is divided into the Completion Stage and the Subsequent Dissolution Stage. The method of practicing it is: From the seed-syllable in the heart, light radiates, and from the head of the Samaya-being upwards, and from the soles of the feet downwards, it gathers into the Wisdom-being in the heart. The Wisdom-beings also gradually gather into the Samadhi-being, the indestructible bindu Ah (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: Ah). Holding the mind unwaveringly as it gathers into luminosity is the same for both meditations. The method of the Subsequent Dissolution Stage, which first gathers other outer and inner worlds besides oneself into luminosity, is as follows: In the Lamp Illuminating [Reality], it says: For those that move and those that do not move, by making the letter Kham (Tibetan: ཁཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: खं, Sanskrit Romanization: khaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Empty) into space, the order of subsequent dissolution makes things disappear. If one also gradually enters oneself, then Vajra Wisdom will become equal to space, becoming one with the nature of the three beings. Kham (Tibetan: ཁཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: खं, Sanskrit Romanization: khaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Empty) means luminosity. As it is said. Patshab and Chak translated that the Subsequent Dissolution Stage makes everything disappear, and it is said that one gradually enters oneself. Therefore, the light radiating from the seed-syllable in one's heart melts all outer and inner worlds into light, and then the mass of light is gradually put into oneself, making it disappear. In general, although the syllable Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om) is meditated on at the crown of the head, and the syllable Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) is meditated on at the throat, the reason why it is said here that all three syllables are meditated on at the heart is as explained before. Therefore, it is meaningless for Lami and others to expand and contract from the central syllable of the wheel arranged in the navel chakra. It is said that the benefit of this is to obtain the Wisdom Body that is separate from the ordinary body. Although one obtains the illusory body Wisdom Body that is separate from the ordinary body, there is no contradiction because one obtains the Union Vajra Body that is separate from the ordinary body, which one had not obtained before. In the Five Stages, it says: "The Samadhi like illusion, is purified by the ultimate limit." And in the Compendium of Practices, it also says: "The conventional truth is also purified by the ultimate truth." And in the Lamp Illuminating [Reality], it is also explained that the illusory body enters luminosity through the two meditations. Here, the Vajra
