, and also in the Five Stages, it is said: "For a year or a month, make the lama happy." Therefore, even if one has attained the illusory body, one must listen to the instructions on luminosity (Tibetan: འོད་གསལ།) from the lama, and through the two meditations, practice many ways to enter luminosity. Finally, one should do as stated in the Lamp Illuminating, that is, to go into the luminosity (Tibetan: འོད་གསལ།) of meaning, where the meaning of Suchness is directly realized through the bliss of co-emergence, and one must also understand well and distinguish the characteristics of the example luminosity that has not gone into it. Secondly, as mentioned before, if the illusory body is well accomplished, then one must strive to generate the luminosity of meaning (Tibetan: དོན་གྱི་འོད་གསལ།) in the mindstream. For this, when the luminosity of meaning (Tibetan: དོན་གྱི་འོད་གསལ།) manifests, the way in which the two internal and external bodhicittas arise, and before that, the way to practice the two meditations of complete grasping and subsequent dissolution, must be taught. The former has already been explained, so here we will explain the two meditations. Among them, the Fourth Stage says: "The disciple who has received the instructions, then learns the two yogas, the stage of complete grasping, and likewise the subsequent dissolution. From the head to the feet, until reaching the heart, the yoga correctly enters the limit, it is called complete grasping. Movement and non-movement, first luminosity (Tibetan: འོད་གསལ།) is made, from the outside thus making oneself, is the stage of dissolution. The breath of air in the mirror, how it completely dissolves and changes, likewise the correct limit of yoga, enters again and again." Thus it is said. The Compendium of Conduct also says: "Thus, after directly realizing all emptiness, one should focus on the two meditations in this order. The order is as follows: Just as the water of a river or roof gathers in a pure and clean place, the yogi should constantly think of gradually dissolving it. One should also observe how the wind in a mirror gradually disappears, and for complete grasping, one should also correctly observe this order of action." Thus it is said. Regarding this, directly realizing the fourth emptiness and focusing on the two meditations means that at the end of what has been said, the two bodhicittas and
