It is said to realize the second dhyana. The two so-called "disciples who have received the oral instructions" are also as if they have received the oral instructions and have been taught. Among them, regarding "round gathering," it refers to gathering downwards from one's own head, and gathering upwards from the feet, with both ends being the heart center, which is what is meant by "reaching the heart center." The Black Practitioner says that all parts from the head to the feet are the seeds of the heart center, then the bindu, and then gathered into emptiness. Having gathered into the heart center in this way, the yogi can truly enter the clear light. Its example is shown by the four words "breath," just as when one breathes on a mirror, the mist gathers from all directions to its center, one's own body from top to bottom, from front to back, from left to right, all gather to the center of the heart. "Subsequent destruction" refers to first gathering the outer environment and inner beings into clear light, and then gathering oneself into clear light. As for "oneself as such," the Black Practitioner says that it is good to do it like round gathering. The so-called "again and again" means that these two gatherings need to be done many times. The example of subsequent destruction is that a snowball floating on water gradually melts. Regarding this, the *Chagkya* says "drop," but the old translation is better. One's own body gradually decays, both of these gatherings have this, the only difference is whether or not one first gathers the outer environment and inner beings. The meaning of the term "subsequent destruction" is as explained before, and "round" refers to one's own body, held by emptiness, which is the meaning of round gathering as explained by Abhidharma, that is, to let the body enter clear light and hold it. Through the second dhyana, setting the final position of gathering in the heart center, thereby manifesting the clear light of meaning, this is the extraordinary view of the noble father and son, the reasons for which have been explained many times before, and should be understood. Although it is not explicitly stated that one should gather the winds for this contemplation of the stages of gathering, if one does this contemplation, one will actually reach the supreme stage of wind gathering, this should also be known. This also comes from the *Asked by the Four Goddesses Sutra*: "Constantly abiding in the center of the heart, possessing blazing great light, up to the number nine, from the forehead to the soles of the feet, gathered into that very bindu, abiding in the center of the navel." This means that all parts from the forehead, that is, the head, to the soles of the feet

Having gathered into the bindu of the heart, it means to abide in the center of the lotus of the heart. Therefore, during solitary retreat, one should know that the three practices of breath control and meditation are all methods of gathering the winds and bodhicitta in the heart and drawing out the four emptinesses. Through familiarity with this, at this time, even through the focused sequence of gathering, the winds and bodhicitta are gathered in the heart and made to enter the clear light. Therefore, the reason why two dhyanas are spoken of for the illusory body practitioner to meditate on the method of entering the clear light is that. Moreover, it is also stated in Yeshe Dorje Kunle Duye (Collected from All Wisdom Vajras) that external mudras and samadhi are necessary, and its function is also the same. It is also said that the two dhyanas cause the illusory body to enter the clear light because the winds and mind are gathered in the heart, and the four emptinesses are repeatedly generated and familiarized. When the clear light of meaning manifests, the illusory body is also purified, which is its meaning. When the illusory body practitioner meditates on the two dhyanas, the Marpa lineage does not explain the meditation on the three-tiered deity of the three vajras, but in the oral instructions of the Ngok lineage, it is considered that meditating on these three is the meaning of the eleventh chapter of the root commentary, because it exists in the tantra commentary, so it becomes an oral instruction, which is very good. Moreover, in the root tantra it says: In the center of the mandala of the Buddhas, place the illuminator on my body. In the heart, contemplate the letter Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), meditate on consciousness in the mantra. In the nature of the vajra of cessation, whenever change occurs in it, the supreme holder of all Buddhas, becomes like a wish-fulfilling glorious one. In the center of the mandala of the Buddhas, meditate intensely on Vajra Akshobhya. In the heart, contemplate the letter Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and place the mind as a bindu. In the center of the mandala of the Buddhas, meditate intensely on Amitayus. In the heart, contemplate the letter Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), and place it as a vajra bindu. This is the best of vows, the three indestructible vajras are meditated upon, the vow of cessation is wisdom, and the accomplishment of the Buddhas will surely be attained. It is said like that. Among them, Buddha refers to, as it says in the sutras, the Buddha is the one who understands, therefore one must understand that enlightenment is the mandala of all that is to be known, that is, the body, speech, and mind of the three realms. Its center is that
