, as well as lightning, water bubbles, and reflections in a mirror. Although only one example of illusion is given, it is said that there are twelve examples of illusion, because the first example also represents the others, or it refers to the example of the illusory body. In this regard, when the body of Vajradhara arises from just the wind-mind, although the limbs and details are complete, because it is just the wind-mind, it is like an illusionary person. Being all-pervasive is like the moon in water. Because it is without flesh and bones, it is like the shadow body of a person with an eye disorder. Moving in an instant is like a mirage. Because it is a body composed of just the wind-mind, it is like the dream body separated from the gross body in a dream. Although belonging to the same continuum as the body of maturation, it appears as other, like an echo in a valley. The mandala of the support and the supported of that body is like the city of the Gandharvas. Although it is one, it appears as many, like magic. The colors of the body are five, appearing unobstructed and unmixed, like a rainbow. Abiding within the aggregates of the body of maturation is like lightning flashing in the clouds. Suddenly arising from emptiness is like a bubble bursting from very clear water. All the limbs and details are completely perfect, like the image of Vajradhara appearing in a mirror. These are the ways of symbolizing the illusory body of a learner. When symbolizing the illusory body of a non-learner, the sixth and tenth examples should be applied in accordance with the situation at that time. In terms of self-blessing, shadow refers to the meaning of eye disorder. Clouds appear to replace magic. The categories of names are: self-blessing, that is its explanation. By the characteristics shown as illusion, this itself is definitely symbolized, relative truth is illusion itself, the enjoyment body is also that, that is also a Gandharva sentient being, the Vajra body is also that, Vajrasattva is the great self. As it is said. The benefit of obtaining the illusory body is that it is said that one will definitely attain enlightenment in this life. Also, in the Five Stages, it says: The chief, all bliss is self-nature, the great Bodhisattva walks and abides, dwelling and clothing and food, etc., in the sky.

In just a moment, one can attain. (If) one cuts off existence, one will become, among all beings, one will show the most excellent. (This deity) will be worshiped by all, including the gods, and will be repeatedly prostrated to. Thus it is said, and in the Compendium of Conduct, it is said that one can obtain the empowerment of the Buddha. In the Root Tantra it is also said: On the body, speech, and mind vajra, one should meditate intensely on the gentle vajra. By focusing on body, speech, and mind, one will become like the gentle vajra. Within a range of about a hundred yojanas, with the light of the blazing vajra, adorned with all ornaments, the nature of joy will appear. Gods such as Brahma the Fierce, etc., will never be able to see it. As it is said, in the Lamp Illuminating, it is said that the gentle vajra is the illusory body of the nature of mind, and not only meditating on one's own body, speech, and mind, but also focusing on and meditating on the body, speech, and mind of the three realms, one will become like the gentle vajra. Within a range of about a hundred yojanas, with a vast measure and countless world realms, the vajra blazes, that is, illuminates with the light of one's own body, adorned with the thirty-two marks, etc., and having attained such a wisdom body, even the gods such as Brahma cannot see it, let alone others? Because it is the realm of non-retrogression. Manjushri's great seal is unseen and untouchable by ordinary beings, therefore, this samadhi is called invisible. Thus it is explained. At the end of this, it is also said that in order to purify this illusory nature of the body with clear light. It is also said that this is explained as entering clear light through two dhyanas, but the illusory body of union has not been explained as entering clear light through two dhyanas, therefore it is the illusory body of the third stage. Abiding in this, it will not be explained that one has not attained the ground of the noble ones, therefore, the statement here that ordinary beings cannot see it refers to others, that is, as previously stated, Brahma and others cannot see it, it is the ordinary beings who have not attained the illusory body who cannot see it. Some samadhis that do not possess even a small aspect of these qualities are mistaken for having obtained the actual illusory body of the wisdom body.
