It is said that in order for body isolation to become the ripening cause for meditating on subtle channels, one should meditate on the subtle stage of the generation stage. During speech isolation, reciting the Vajra recitation also works on the pervading air, which is to gather the pervading air. The meaning of gathered body isolation and speech isolation is the Tummo yoga of the Mother Tantra. Among them, the outer Tummo is between the flesh and skin, the inner Tummo arises from within the Roma channel, the secret Tummo arises from within the other channels, like blazing from within the central channel. The white element is also, the outer is flesh and skin, the Roma and Kyangma channels, the inner is the other channels, the secret flows from within the central channel. It is said that during mind isolation, in order for mind isolation to arise completely, it is necessary to rely on conduct, which is to gather the karma air. It is said that because the key point of the entry of air and mind is the same, air and mind gather completely.
