It is necessary to ignite the special fire of the fierce fire. The extent of that burning is: not only does the inner fierce fire burn to produce a cooling effect, but the outer heat also produces a cooling effect, and the outer cold touch produces a warming effect. Know that this is like the fierce fire that brings suffering to body and mind. Upward descent and downward stability of the co-emergent, and in the center of great bliss, combining bliss and emptiness, through the power of practice, on top of the rising of the previous wind, some of the coarse parts of the inner pervasive wind gather, and finally complete the three of entering, abiding, and dissolving. It is very important to practice combining the bliss and emptiness of the two co-emergents. Moreover, although practicing the Dharmata Great Seal itself can bring happiness to body and mind, what is needed here is the emptiness of the co-emergent that occurs after the wind enters, abides, and dissolves through the power of practice. Relying on Dharmata to guide special happiness, this happens when the mind is quiet, therefore, it should be explained in conjunction with the stages of absorption of the heart chakra. In the Tantra Vajra Garland it is said: joy arises at the root of the vajra, supreme joy arises in the center, special joy arises in the throat, and co-emergent joy arises at the tip of the jewel. That tantra starts from the head of the upward descending co-emergent, starting from the navel chakra, and explains until the essence is complete at the tip of the jewel, therefore, it is obvious that the co-emergent has four joys. The four joys of downward stability must be greater than the four joys of upward descent, because the Bodhicitta is approaching on top of increasing without moving from the lower place. The four joys of upward descent that have not risen from the lower place are greater than the previous downward stability and must be established as co-emergent, because it is said in the Manne: understand through the reasoning explained for downward stability. After rising from downward stability, the four joys born from the power of subtle practice are greater than the previous downward stability, and it is not necessarily certain that all four are co-emergent. These are the methods of downward practice, and the difference in the size of happiness, because it is established as co-emergent, so for those who are not proficient in rituals, it only shows a gateway, purify the discriminating mind, and enter and stop from the small. Taking the subtle part of the lower gate as an example, relying on the internal and external methods of hitting the key points of the body, dhā

Know that in all the experiences that arise after the occurrence of entering, abiding, and dissolving, recognize this. Occupy this position and until the Vajra recitation is completed, in the center of each of the upper and lower ends of the Duti nadi's chakra, or anywhere in the Duti nadi, relying on the yoga of wind and bindu burning and dripping, wherever the method of gathering wind into the Duti nadi has been done, the wind gathers there. This is because the wind in the Duti nadi is easy to gather, and relying on the combination of the method of gathering there and the gathering itself. In the Duti nadi where the method of gathering has been done, after the wind gathers, the three, entering, abiding, and dissolving, occur. If it does not gather where the method of gathering in the Duti nadi has been done, but comes to another place in the Duti nadi. Even if the method of gathering wind in the Duti nadi in the center of the heart chakra is done many times, but it cannot gather there, but gathers in another place in the Duti nadi, after the three, entering, abiding, and dissolving, have been done many times. Know that there will be a situation where it gathers in the Duti nadi of the heart chakra. Until the knot of the heart chakra is untied, even if a special Tummo blazes from the Duti nadi, it is not certain that it will only blaze in the Duti nadi up to the Great Bliss Chakra. When the Bodhicitta melts and descends, although it initially descends from the Duti nadi, in the subtle state it scatters to each of the chakra locations. Again, the various stages of gathering and not gathering in the Duti nadi, etc., should also be understood by the previous reasoning. Use the co-emergent that is stable with the descending trust to determine emptiness, and combine the emptiness of emptiness. Meditate in Samadhi to the extent that you can rise, and when you start to rise, from the union of bliss and emptiness with the vehicle of wind, at the time of the near attainment of the reverse order, you should rise with the form of Vajradhara father and mother suddenly appearing in your mind, like a fish leaping from the water. From now on, until the illusory body of the third stage is not accomplished, at all times of the four emptinesses of waking, the four emptinesses of sleeping, the four emptinesses of dreaming, and the four emptinesses of dying, when the near attainment is accomplished from the clear light mind-wind, you should rise with the form of Vajradhara father and mother appearing in your mind, like a fish leaping from the water. For this, there is also a special way of rising from the perspective of the place, and these
