Yes. The way to reverse the letters is: Some meditate as if a stick is turned upside down, and some meditate as if the face cover of a Thangka painting is rolled up from the bottom and reversed upwards. These are all subjective speculations based on the meaning, which are not acceptable. Therefore, when the outside of these letters is blown by the wind, like a hat being blown away by the wind, the wind rising from within the kyi dhūti enters these letters, and each one turns inside out, rising upwards together with the wind, just like inserting a stick into a silk tube, when it turns inside out, the root of the stick is taken from what is below and comes upwards, and what was previously on top becomes below. Similarly, it is the same when entering downwards. When the wind enters through the nostrils, the wind reverses from the top of the letter Ha (ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal meaning: Ha) as before, just like the letter Hi (ཧི་, Devanagari: हि, Romanized Sanskrit: hi, literal meaning: Hi) turns inside out, head downwards, first carried by the top of the wind, and then each of the others is reversed, according to the order previously arranged in the heart, and when it reaches the heart, with that force, the petals of the channels also look downwards. Apart from these which require the oral instructions of the Lama, it is only as it is stated in the texts. If other secret instructions or other teaching methods that have been seen or heard apart from these are mixed in, or if the letters are increased by speculation, and it is said that this is the oral instruction of Je Tsongkhapa, then it is like mixing together things that are not in accordance with the rules in order to gain fame and fortune, and the teachings like the son of a prostitute will mislead the key points. Therefore, those who are wise and truly seek the true path should stay away from these and embark on the right path. This secret instruction, the wish-fulfilling jewel, because it is placed on the top of the victory banner of self-arising, having obtained power over the Vajra channels, may I attain the pure land as desired. Some external oral instructions from the mouth of the possessor of eight freedoms, Shar Tsongkhapa Lobsang Drakpa. I prostrate with reverence to the immaculate lotus feet of the Dharma King, the glorious and holy Lama, who is inseparable from the venerable Manjushri. Herein is explained the nature, order, definite number, function, boundaries, and individual experiential arising methods of the path of mantra and pāramitā.

The distinctions between correct and false experiences, and the methods for removing obstacles when they arise, must be thoroughly understood through the extensive classifications of the paths of Sutra and Tantra by the omniscient Lord Tsongkhapa. Now, some oral instructions will be explained briefly in conjunction with the "Clear Lamp" and the instructions. Among these, in the first stage, one must train in seeing all appearances as deities. Therefore, after the coarse and subtle dependent and independent aspects have been perfected, when entering the completion stage, first, the method of practicing body isolation is as follows: As stated in the "Condensed Illumination of the Five Stages": "The key points of body, time, place, and wind, should be known as four aspects." Therefore, one should possess the four key points, namely, visualizing oneself as the Great Secret Vajradhara father mother, inside the maras of the dūti at the tip of the jewel, or in the mnemonic sprout, it is said that there is an eight-petaled chakra in the center of the jewel. In the central dūti of that, or in any place, above a sun disc the size of half a pea, visualize a bindu with three special qualities. Color blue, shape round, about the size of a mustard seed or a rapeseed seed, extremely radiant, radiating five rays of light of the nature of the five wisdoms, and look at it as the essence of your own deity. Then, by making your own mind inseparable from it, free from sinking and excitement, meditate by contracting the words, and a state arises where the mind is united with the bindu. As a result, the winds of the senses return inward, and in any of the dūtis, the four signs of entering, abiding, and dissolving arise in a definite order. Then, a special tummo blazes from within the dūti, and when the melting bodhicitta reaches a certain point, the method of generating the four joys of ascending and descending is as follows: As stated in the Vajramala Tantra: "After that, the arising order should be explained, the great bliss wheel is at the crown, that is said to be joy. The enjoyment wheel is supreme joy, joylessness abides in the dharma wheel, the emanation wheel is innate joy, experience joy and bliss." Thus it is said. Place joy from the crown to the throat, and thereby you should also understand the other three. The method of generating the lower stability also comes from the same tantra: "The emanation wheel is joy, supreme joy abides in the dharma wheel, joy without enjoyment, innate joy is great bliss, it is said to be the reverse order."
