In the heart chakra's dhūtī (Sanskrit, dhūtī, Romanized Sanskrit, cleansing) which is not separated above and below, visualize your own pure nature, the blue Hūṃ (Tibetan, हूँ, hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, Hūṃ) syllable facing downwards. Below it, two blue ཡུཾ syllables facing downwards, with their ends supporting the left and right of the head of the Hūṃ (Tibetan, हूँ, hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, Hūṃ) syllable. Below that, the blue Hi syllable facing downwards, with its end supported by the two ཡུཾ syllables from the left and right. Above the hook of the Hūṃ (Tibetan, हूँ, hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, Hūṃ) syllable, there are also two blue upward-pointing ཡུཾ syllables, supporting the left and right of the hook of the Hūṃ (Tibetan, हूँ, hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, Hūṃ) syllable. Above that, visualize a blue downward-facing Ka syllable, with its head supported from the left and right by the ends of the two ཡུཾ syllables. Merge your own awareness with the central Hūṃ (Tibetan, हूँ, hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, Hūṃ) syllable, and visualize it shining brightly and clearly like a butter lamp in the central channel between the crown chakra and the aperture of Brahma. Meditate that in the aperture of Brahma, a white downward-facing Haṃ (Tibetan, हं, haṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, Haṃ) syllable is blocking it. Then, as the breath goes out, visualize all the letters in the heart facing upwards, and the order of the stacked letters changes, with the Ka syllable that was previously below going first. After that, the two lower ཡུཾ syllables. After that, the central Hūṃ (Tibetan, हूँ, hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, Hūṃ) syllable. After that, the two upper ཡུཾ syllables. After that, the upper Hi syllable, in such a way that it passes with the breath, and visualize it turning to ashes as it touches the Haṃ (Tibetan, हं, haṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, Haṃ) syllable in the aperture of Brahma. As the breath comes in, the letters are inverted, returning to the order they were in previously in the heart, and with the breath, it comes downwards from the lotus seat to the center of the heart chakra. In this way, in accordance with the coming and going of the breath, constantly going up and down, meditate as much as you can. If you experience tingling in the crown of the head, twitching, etc., it means you have mastered it well, and in order to prevent the power from diminishing and to gain stability, you must continue to meditate regularly even after that. If you cannot fully meditate on all the above letters, then meditate on a single Hūṃ (Tibetan, हूँ, hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, Hūṃ) syllable in the center of the heart. Merge it with awareness, and practice as before. The second method is: When the time of death comes, let go of attachment to the body and possessions, and remove the Haṃ (Tibetan, हं, haṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, Haṃ) syllable from the crown of the head. Visualize the form of the Guru Vajradhara in the crown of the head. Pray intensely. Your own

Mix the wisdom with Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽). Recite "He-ka" twenty-one times, and mix the wisdom with Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), causing it to rise upwards from within the central channel. Emerge from the Brahma-randhra like an open star window, then fall away like ashes, dissolving into the heart of the Guru, contemplating that it merges inseparably with the Dharmakāya. By doing this, one will undoubtedly go to places like Khechara. For those with supreme intelligence, by using letters to block the nine doors of transmigration in each of the six realms, through yoga, make the winds flowing from those doors stiff. Through the vase-breath yoga of the navel, strive to make the wind enter the central channel. Afterwards, when beginning to rise from the coemergent wisdom that arises when the vase-breath wind enters the central channel, contemplate that the fire of the inner heat in the center of the central channel rises upwards, extremely subtle and sharp, touching the letters within the central channel of the heart, and at the same time that the letters turn upwards as previously described, the heart's pulse petals, which were originally in the shape of an inverted umbrella, turn upwards, contemplating them as if the umbrella is facing upwards. The letters fall downwards, As soon as they reach the heart, contemplate that the pulse petals contract and shorten as before. The arrangement of the nine doors' letters is as described in the Great Seal Golden Key. For Dharma Lord Shakya Yeshepa, in the essential concise text, only one letter each was mentioned above and below, and some letters were shown with their heads facing upwards and in white color, but later in the Great Seal text, the previous practice was still followed. Therefore, both the lineage transmitted from Omniscient Khedrup, and the lineage transmitted from Jodan Sonam Lhundrup, still use seven letters and the previous arrangement. The oral instructions that are not clearly stated in the text and need to be taught by the Guru are: the way of reversing the chakra and reversing the letters. The way of reversing the chakra is not like turning an umbrella inside out, but by maintaining the previous visualization, contemplate that the wind coming from below strikes the center of the chakra, causing it to rise like a banner being lifted upwards. At this time, since the wind gathers in the heart, the pulse petals will also open upwards in the same way.
