May it be auspicious. Om, Vajra, Ḍāka)" and so on. Offer the inner offering with "Om Ah Hum (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Om, Ah, Hum)". Then, in the secret place, visualize Yaṃ (藏文:ཡཾ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:yaṃ,汉语字面意思:Yaṃ) as a blue wind mandala like a shuttle. In the navel, visualize Raṃ (藏文:རཾ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:Raṃ) as a red triangular fire mandala. In the heart, black letter Paṃ (藏文:པཾ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:paṃ,汉语字面意思:Paṃ), from which black rays like iron hooks radiate, pervading the entire upper and lower body. All one's sins and broken samayas are gathered in the black rays and dissolve into Paṃ (藏文:པཾ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:paṃ,汉语字面意思:Paṃ), and at the same time the wind in the secret place moves. The fire in the navel ignites, causing the Paṃ (藏文:པཾ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:paṃ,汉语字面意思:Paṃ) to turn from black to red, passing upwards from the throat. When it reaches the tip of the nose, the sins transform into the form of a horned demon, which exits with the exhaled breath. Visualize that as much sesame as desired is held in a vessel in front of the nostrils, and that they are inseparable from it. While exhaling, join the tips of the two hands in a threatening gesture, burning the sesame in the fire, and recite: Om Vajra Ḍāka Kha Kha Khāhi Khāhi Sarva Pāpaṃ Dahana Bhasmiṃ Kuru Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ Phaṭ Svāhā (藏文:ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཊཱ་ཀ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི་སརྦ་པཱ་པཾ་ད་ཧ་ན་བྷ་སྨིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཧུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajra ḍāka kha kha khāhi khāhi sarva pāpaṃ dahana bhasmiṃ kuru hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ svāhā,汉语字面意思:Om, Vajra, Ḍāka, Kha Kha, Khāhi Khāhi, Sarva, Papaṃ, Dahana, Bhasmiṃ, Kuru, Hūṃ, Hūṃ, Phaṭ, Phaṭ, Svāhā). Recite as many times as the number of sesame seeds thrown into the fire. Then, offer as before, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra, and confess what has not been remembered and what has not been known. The wisdom being departs to its natural abode, and the samaya being transforms into an unlit form. Do not touch it until the fire has gone out, and do not step over the corpse and ashes. The place that has not been wetted by water should be thrown into the water. Oral instructions of Je Rinpoche Shar Tsongkhapa (ཙོང་ཁ་བ།). The unsurpassed profound Dharma, which is not common, is written down as spoken by the master himself. Notes of Khedrup Je. Fourth, the small text on view has three parts: calm abiding, insight, and the union of calm abiding and insight. First, the pith instructions for forcibly cutting off sinking and excitement during calm abiding are: Abide in the proper manner, hold the rudder of the ship of awareness, pay homage to the feet of the excellent spiritual friend, record well the essence of your heart's oral instructions, and may the protectors befriend me. The characteristics of calm abiding and the stages of relying on the accumulation of vast resources should all be understood in the stages of the path to enlightenment. Here, I will write down the oral instructions that are indispensable at those times. It is very important to cut off sinking and excitement during calm abiding and insight, so the method for forcibly eliminating sinking and excitement is: when sinking and excitement are minor and occur only once in a while,
