Therefore, practice is very important. Then, regarding the vows, the Vajra recitation of vows and the fire puja of Vajra Dakini, etc., the master himself said in the explanation of the root downfalls that these should be done, but they were not explicitly arranged, and there are other important points that came from his mouth, which still exist now. Because it is not impossible to put them into practice at the appropriate time, they should be understood as if they were written separately on paper, and immediately put into practice. Then, whether one practices the generation stage or the completion stage, one must first clearly ascertain the ultimate view, and one needs someone who is skilled in the key points of how to cultivate it. Without such a person, whether one practices the generation stage or the completion stage, it will become merely a practice of method, and not even a trace of the practice of the union of method and wisdom will arise. Whether it is the generation stage or the completion stage, there will be no antidote to cut the root of samsara mixed in at all, so one must first seek the view. Moreover, if one first studies the reasoning of Madhyamaka and Pramana, it is a little easier to guide, but for those who have not studied, how can one lead them to obtain certainty of the view? After understanding the view, the Anuttarayoga and

It is not possible to be proficient, and it is not possible to accomplish the future ultimate arising stage. In any case, before the completion stage, if one does not have various experiences of the arising stage, then practice is very important. Regarding how to firmly cultivate clarity and pride in the arising stage, although the master himself has only mentioned it roughly in his speech, it is necessary to understand in detail how to gradually guide, and at these times, it is necessary to understand in detail the different guidance methods for different types of minds. Therefore, one should refer to the texts of the arising stage. At any time during the arising and completion stages, the main obstacle to the arising of genuine samadhi is dullness and agitation. In order to cut off these obstacles, one should understand the detailed principles of opposition and establishment of the antidotes to dullness and agitation and how to use mindfulness and awareness that appear in the major treatises, as the master himself has elaborated in detail in the Lamrim, and apply them in the arising stage and so on, thereby cutting off dullness and agitation. However, for those who are very prone to dullness and agitation, it is first necessary to understand the profound pith instructions for forcibly cutting off dullness and agitation, and the very important pith instructions such as the continuum and behavior of not generating dullness and agitation. In order to cultivate the completion stage by relying on the body posture, it is important to understand in detail the key points of the body posture, binding, whirling and behavior, and put them into practice. Therefore, the classification of these postures should also be understood from the teachings on body posture and binding. In particular, those who want to achieve co-emergent wisdom through the body posture must first understand the basis on which the body posture relies, namely the channels. What moves is the wind. What arranges is the mind of enlightenment. First, one must understand how these are formed. Similarly, how the coarse and subtle channels exist in various parts of the body, where the winds reside, when, from where to where, how they flow, and what they do. The main and secondary differences between the white and red elements, where they reside, and how they increase and decrease, etc. These classifications must not be tainted by foolish self-creation, and must be obtained through the guru's oral instructions, just as the tantras and the intentions of the great accomplished ones are, in order to gain a clear and definite understanding.
