When these letters enter into it, each one turns inside out, and goes upward together with the wind. Just like when a stick is inserted into a silk tube and it turns inside out, what is below is taken by the tip of the stick and comes upward, and what was previously on top goes downward. Similarly, when entering downward, the wind enters from the nostrils, and the wind reverses from the root of the letter Ka (Tibetan: ཀ) as before, just like the letter Ka turns inside out, with its head pointing downward, and the wind first carries it to the top. The other letters also turn one by one, following the order in which they are arranged in the heart, and when they reach the heart, its force also causes the pulse petals to look downward. These must be understood from the guru's oral instructions, and not just from what is written in the texts. Mixing these with other oral instructions or other methods of teaching that have been heard, or adding many words with one's own ideas, and claiming that this is the oral teaching of Je Tsongkhapa, is for the sake of gaining fame and fortune, mixing together inconsistent methods. Teachings like the son of a prostitute deceive others. Therefore, those who are wise and seek the true path should abandon these and embark on the good path. This oral instruction, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, has been placed at the top due to trust in the king of faith (Tibetan: རྒྱལ་ཙམཧན་). May I obtain the power of Vajra life, and freely travel to pure lands! This is the note of Chung Chögyal. When reciting the fourteenth etc., there are two types: brief explanation and detailed explanation. First, I prostrate to the venerable guru Vajradhara and the assembly of heroes and dakinis who are inseparable. May the ocean of siddhis gather. During physical seclusion, even if the object of focus appears clearly, if you want to gather the wind as it is, then from all the channels, the wind has the nature of incense smoke. From all directions, above and below, attract it with focus, and repeatedly dissolve it into the object of focus, so that it quickly gathers there, and various signs appear, which is a special way of releasing the wind. Whether it is during physical seclusion or any other time, if dullness or distraction etc. occur, then in all the chakras, especially in the central channel, visualize the light of a lamp shining very brightly, filling it, shimmering and clear.

One should meditate. This is the enhancement of clarity. If the object of focus is clear but the bliss is weak, then visualize all the channels filled with bodhicitta, like stars shining. Visualize the essence of great bliss melting and flowing towards the central channel. In particular, the melting of the Hum (ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, meaning: Hum) syllable at the crown chakra, accompanied by the succession of the four joys, reaching the tip of the jewel. Thinking of experiencing co-emergent joy is the gathering of winds and the enhancement of bliss. Secondly, even in other completion stages, such as Hevajra, one should first clarify the object of focus, such as bindus, and then settle the mind into the bindu in a manner of absorption. By becoming skilled in the manner of holding, and meditating single-pointedly, the four cessations and four emptinesses will arise, and at these times, the four joys will also become more powerful. However, if the object of focus is not clear enough, and the bliss is not strong enough, the oral instruction for enhancement is: settle the object of focus at the navel and secret place, etc., of oneself visualized as the deity, and meditate on the subtle, etc., visualizing each of their objects of focus as radiating light, shimmering, and almost burning flames. Then, visualize from within the duti channel of the consort, a very strong wind, like a horse's tail, appearing bluish-green, striking the target. Because of striking the target, a very shimmering subtle flame shoots out from the target, and the light rises from within the duti channel, visualizing all the duti channel chakras within the body, and all the channels separated from them, as being as clear as a lamp lit in the darkness. In this way, the object of focus will become very clear, and the bliss will be enhanced. The method of enhancing the generation of great bliss is similar to the previous one, except that the wind arising from the secret place of the consort, as mentioned before, strikes the bindu and letters, etc., where one has settled the object of focus, these bindus and letters almost burning, very shimmering. Then, visualize a very sharp subtle flame shooting out from it, and the light rising from within the central channel illuminates all the channel tubes, from bottom to top, all the white bindus, the size of beans and mustard seeds, rising like stars and moons, seeing them bring happiness. Thinking that the subtle flame rises upwards from the central channel like a shooting star, reaching the center of the crown chakra, the Hum (ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, meaning: Hum) syllable, the white bodhicitta of
