Through the three processes of wind entering, abiding, and dissolving, the three experiences of appearance, increase, and attainment, together with clear light, arise. When the wind enters the central channel, the power of burning heat causes the white essence to melt and flow down from the central channel, the mind completely merges into the nature of bliss. From this, one firmly believes that all phenomena are empty of inherent existence, without even a particle of self-nature, and abiding in this clear understanding, one thinks that one has merged into the nature of the Dharmakaya. Especially during the clear light, one should try to abide in the state of bliss and emptiness, and this is the merging with the Dharmakaya. After that, when the mind begins to stir from the clear light, focus on the indestructible bindu in the heart. One's own mind and the extremely subtle wind-mind mix and mingle, and the white and red essences of the heart chakra open and separate. From the point of separation, the extremely subtle wind-mind shoots out intensely, and one visualizes appearing as the form of Vajradhara outside of one's own body, and this is the merging with the Sambhogakaya. Moreover, just after obtaining the clear light when the wind dissolves, although one cannot actually manifest as the form of Vajradhara immediately, it can appear in the mind. By practicing in this way with one-pointedness, the yogi who has fully attained the clear light of the example of mind isolation in this life, by merging as before, can truly manifest as the form of Vajradhara. Furthermore, for a person who achieves accomplishment in the bardo, death also becomes the nature of the clear light of the example clear light. After that, by manifesting as the form of Vajradhara as before, as a substitute for achieving accomplishment in the bardo, one can achieve the body of Vajradhara, and its continuum is Buddhahood. The form of Vajradhara that appeared in the mind before, also like before, one visualizes one's own body as the form of Vajradhara, and then enters from it in the manner of a wisdom hero, and this is the merging with the Nirmanakaya. Whether in the base or in all stages of the path, a person who can make the wind enter the central channel must adopt this method of merging. The merging during sleep is also that when falling asleep, focusing on the heart, at this time, the young winds of the five sense consciousnesses naturally gather in the heart's petals due to sleep. Because of this key point, the degree to which the wind enters the central channel is greater than during the day. The three experiences of appearance, increase, and attainment, together with clear light...

During the day, things appear clearly. At that time, merge with the Dharmakaya as before. When the mind is stirred by the clarity of the two, and dreams begin to arise, the dream body arises as the form of Vajradhara. Then, the method of merging into one's own body is the same as before. For those who cannot bring the prana into the central channel, there are two ways to merge through the power of intention: the method of merging during sleep and the method of practicing at the time of death. The first is: For those who cannot bring the prana into the central channel, wishing to hold the clear light of sleep through the power of intention, when falling asleep, also strongly remember during the day the appearance of the three: appearance, increase, and near attainment, together with the clear light, and think in this way. Before falling asleep, practice Guru Yoga and strongly pray for blessings to be able to hold the clear light of sleep. Remember the appearance of appearance, increase, near attainment, etc., and sleep well while maintaining mindfulness. Although the complete order of the completion stage from mirage to clear light will not appear without confusion, mirages, smoke, sky appearance, lamp, sun and moon, etc., may appear similar to the appearances that arise due to the prana first dissolving into the life channel, and various confused sequences may appear. At that time, abiding as before on the pure view of emptiness is merging with the Dharmakaya. The method of merging dreams through the power of intention is: During the day until falling asleep, all these present appearances are dreams. I must recognize that this is a dream in the dream. Continuously maintain this mindfulness. When a dream appears, you will recognize that it is a dream. At that time, visualizing the dream body as Vajradhara is merging with the Sambhogakaya through the power of intention. At that time, practicing the key instruction of gathering the prana into the central channel is the main part of dream practice. If you do not know such a key instruction, then abiding in the pure view of emptiness is common with the lower ones. Then, when starting to wake up, visualize your body as the body of Vajradhara, visualize the wisdom being entering into it, and get up. This is merging with the Nirmanakaya when waking up.
