Entering simultaneously between the places, in the center of the secret place chakra, abide simultaneously with the sound of Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, Chinese literal meaning: A), and when going out, with the sound of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) simultaneously go out from the two doors above and below, perform the simultaneous Vajra recitation. Similarly, it should be done at the navel, throat, and crown. In other places, it is the oral instruction of blending life and downward-moving air. This mantra's Vajra recitation should also be done by focusing on one's own bindu in the center of other chakras. This is a note by Khedrup Je. Secondly, mental isolation has two aspects: practicing the three mindfulnesses during the time of mental isolation that is in accordance with the tradition, and how to train in the three mindfulnesses during the time of mental isolation that has characteristics. The first is: Even if the winds are gathered by subtle points and Vajra recitation, if the four joys arise without a definite order, it is somewhat beneficial and somewhat harmful. To avoid confusion, one should be skilled in the order of holding the four signs and the four emptinesses. When an appearance arises, one should think, "This is an appearance. Before this, the signs such as dissolving into water have passed. After this appearance ceases, the increasing appearance will arise." One should be certain of this in one's mind. The other three are similar. This is the method to avoid confusion about the peaceful emptiness. Although there are two notes from the two brothers on this, the latter is clearer and more detailed, so it is arranged accordingly. Secondly, mental isolation with characteristics has two aspects: how to practice the three mindfulnesses when the three, appearance, increase, and attainment, arise together with the luminosity of the example, and showing the time when the illusory body arises from the luminosity. The first is: From striking the essential points of the Vajra body, first, experiences like mirages arise, then like smoke, then like fireflies, then experiences like a burning lamp arise. After that, the wisdom of appearance arises like the autumn sky is clear and pervaded by moonlight. At that time, one should remember, "This is the wisdom of appearance," and remember that before this, it was like a lamp, and remember that after this, the wisdom of increase will arise, like the autumn sky is clear and pervaded by sunlight. One should have the three mindfulnesses. Similarly, when the wisdom of increase arises, one should remember, "This is the wisdom of increase," and

Before, the wisdom of appearance vanished, thinking that the earth element arose. After that, thinking that something like the clear sky of near attainment being covered by the darkness of the boundary will appear, one should possess these three recollections. Similarly, when near attainment arises, although one cannot determine that the sky is the moment of near attainment, in the upper and lower parts of near attainment, one thinks, "This is near attainment." One thinks, "This arises from the wisdom of increasing appearance having previously vanished." One thinks, "After this, the clear autumn sky, free from the three factors of diminution, will appear as luminosity." One should possess these three recollections. Similarly, when luminosity arises, one thinks, "This is luminosity." One thinks, "This arises from near attainment having previously vanished." One thinks, "After this, the illusory body will be accomplished." One should possess these three recollections. Secondly, when luminosity arises, the clear autumn sky, without the three factors of diminution such as moonlight, sunlight, and boundary darkness, will appear as a state of emptiness, clarity, and immovability, just like the natural color of the sky. In that state, a slight tremor will naturally arise. When that tremor arises, because it is a sign of arising from luminosity, one should arise as an illusory body from that moment. The oral instructions on the three of appearance, increase, and attainment are a very profound memorandum. It was composed by the wise and accomplished one. The third part is divided into two parts: the actual illusory body, and the key instructions related to it. The first part is divided into two parts: the five similarities of the illusory body and the five differences. The first is, the arising of sleep, the stages of absorption, etc., from the luminosity of sleep, one arises as the body of dreams. That is also composed of wind and mind only. There, pride is transferred. Clothes are separated from the coarse body. Like entering the coarse body again, in sequence, the arising of the path period, the stages of absorption, etc., from the luminosity of example, one arises as the illusory body. That is also composed of wind and mind only. There, pride is transferred. Position is separated from the coarse body. Like entering the coarse body again, the Dharma spoken above is the same. The second is, from where it arises, the difference of the dwelling place. The center of the channels and wheels.
