It is said in the oral instructions that the essence of wind should be gathered by residing in the center of the space between the eyebrows. In this way, it is not just the general entry of wind into the central channel, but the special part of the central channel, the difficult-to-untie knot of the heart chakra, must be untied, and then the winds must enter that place. It is said that this can only be done by the very nature of the Vajra recitation mantra. The second aspect has two points: showing the entry of wind into the central channel by explaining the meaning of the three Vajra letters, and identifying which of these three is the main one. The first point is: In the chapter of the Tantra Vajra Garland that explains the essence of body, speech, and mind, in the context of initially explaining the meaning of the letter ༀ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ॐ, IAST: oṃ, literal meaning: Om), it says: ༀ་ is the Vajra of the body, truly declaring its essence, the letter A, the letter O, the letter Ma, these three. Thus, the three letters of ༀ་ are identified, and it is said in the commentary that the letter U exists without the letter ༀ་, which is consistent with the fifteenth chapter. Among them, the meaning of the letter A is, in that (Vajra Garland Tantra) itself, it says: A abides in the Dharma wheel lotus, pervades the wheel of wind, this alone is the great wind, called all life. The meaning of this sentence is that the life-sustaining wind that pervades from the heart to the wind wheel between the eyebrows, it gathers all the winds, so it appears in the commentary. The meaning of the letter U is, in that (Vajra Garland Tantra) itself, it says: O abides in the enjoyment wheel, like fire and sun, abides at the end of the throat, to the end of the crown chakra, pervading the radiant body. So it is said. The commentary says "U is," so the meaning of the letter U is that it pervades and abides from the throat enjoyment wheel to the crown great bliss wheel, like the light of fire and sun. The radiant body is the nature of burning. This shows that the upward-moving wind of the nature of the red light of the throat is the meaning of the letter U. The meaning of the letter Ma is: abides in the wheel called great bliss, the letter Ma is only a bindu, the measure of height is twelve fingers, abiding from the place of the king's crown. Therefore, the height of twelve fingers upward from between the eyebrows, the bindu abiding in the place of the crown is the meaning of the letter Ma. The commentary on the last line explains by transcending, saying it abides above. In the case of the letter Hum, those

In the unified heart, it is said to be the seed of the mind. After saying this, although no corresponding replacements were mentioned for the other two, they can be understood by analogy. Therefore, here too, it can be applied: Those unified at the crown of the head, it is said to be the seed of the body. By doing so, the bindu of one's own place, the life-holding, and the upward-moving, unified as one at the center of the crown chakra of great bliss, is the meaning of the body vajra syllable ༀ་ (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡). The syllable ཨཱཿ has two ཨ་ and three ཧ་, the meaning of the first ཨ་ is the same as before. The letter ཨ་ has already been explained. The life-breath is the most excellent. So it is said. ཨ་ comes from the Dharma wheel lotus, in the throat the letter ཨ་ becomes doubled. This means that the life-breath arises from the lotus of the heart and pervades both the throat. Therefore, the long ཨཱཿ of the doubled ཨ་, that is, the meaning of the two ཨ་ letters combined into one, becomes the long ཨ་. Life itself and the downward-clearing, completely by the letter ཧ་, are bound in the center of the throat. This means that the meaning shown completely by the third letter ཧ་ of the speech vajra is the downward-clearing breath. The meaning of the three letters becomes one, which is the syllable ཨཱཿ at the center of the enjoyment wheel in the throat. Therefore, it should be known that the upward-moving and the two life-downward, the three bound in that place, that is, unified, at the center of the throat chakra, is the meaning of the speech vajra syllable ཨཱཿ. The syllable ཧཱུཾ་ has three letters ཧ་, ཨུ་, and མ་, of which ཧ་ is: ཧ་ is the breath named downward-clearing, located in the center of the secret speech gate. As it is said, the downward-clearing breath located in the center of the lotus of the secret place from the speech gate is the meaning of the letter ཧ་. The letter ཨུ་ is the upward-moving breath, located in the center of the lotus of the throat. This means that the upward-moving, that is, the upward-moving breath, located in the center of the lotus of the throat, is the meaning of the letter ཨུ་. The letter མ་ is the life-breath, in the wheel of breath on the forehead. This means that the life-holding breath pervading between the eyebrow air wheels is the meaning of the letter མ་. Therefore, those unified, etc., are said. The two life-downward and the three upward-moving unified at the center of the lotus of the heart are the meaning of the mind vajra syllable ཧཱུཾ་. Those are
