It will become pure. This is after the first five (steps) cause all the winds to enter the central channel, without counting exhalation and inhalation, in the indestructible bindu A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) at the heart. By gathering all the winds there, focusing and meditating, it is called completely pure by pacifying all the thoughts of the winds. In short, for this Vajra recitation, it is necessary to know two things: first, the wind enters the central channel, and second, after entering, they are gathered in the indestructible bindu at the heart. Because that is the intention of entering. The commentary says that "those" refers to those winds, and through the power of yoga and meditating on nothingness or meditating on the three syllables, and removing the thoughts of life and effort, turning from the contaminated to the uncontaminated virtue, by meditating to prevent no longer arising, this is explained as the meaning of complete abandonment. However, regarding the method of meditating on Vajra recitation, the explanatory tantra elaborates on six types, and if there is not one yoga among these six that gathers in the indestructible bindu after putting the wind into the central channel, then it cannot be found elsewhere. After the wind of thought returns and flows in the wheel of the non-thought channel, one should meditate in this way, and such a method of meditation will also be explained, so it is inappropriate. The Lamp Clarifier says that at the time of life and effort, visualize the short A at the heart and place the life in the bindu, which means gathering the life, that is, all the winds, in the indestructible bindu. Therefore, even if translated as: completely Thoroughly abandoning the yoga of life and effort. Such a translation is the best. In many places in the Vajra Garland, it is said that the suchness of mantra or Vajra recitation should be performed for six months, and how to do it for each month, and the order of how the experience of wind arises, should be understood as said before. If one is not sure about the classification that is well established by the explanatory tantra like this, and takes the unexplained method of meditating on Vajra recitation as a pith instruction, then one cannot satisfy those who ask the explanatory tantra to the learned, because one has not found the meaning of following the explanatory tantra and understanding it from the mouth of the guru. The second is, from the order of Vajra recitation, the root tantra

It is said that summarizing all mantras into three letters is the very essence of mantra. It is said that this was explained by Gongpa Lungton. Gongpa Lungton said that the three aspects of wind—rising, entering, and abiding—should be recited as the essence of the three letters. In the Vajra Garland (rdo rje phreng ba), for those who have actually mastered it, wind only has two aspects, rising and entering, and abiding is not mentioned separately. And these two, in the sixth chapter, are recited in conjunction with the two letters Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) and Hoh (藏文:ཧོཿ), and it is said that this is the very essence of mantra. In the fifteenth chapter, as mentioned before, the mantra of three letters is summarized. But this is not just for the sake of reciting three letters, but to become proficient in the very essence of wind. It is said that it can be accomplished by reciting for six months. In the chapter that speaks of the very essence of mantra, it says: The vajras of body, speech, and mind, recite with three mantras, thereby quickly attaining accomplishment, the very essence of wind reaches the other shore. And it says: This is the summary of all meanings, clearly manifested in the lotus in the heart, it will be accomplished by reciting for six months, it is definitely so, it will not be otherwise. Then, the way to combine each of the three—rising, entering, and abiding—with each of the three letters is not clear, but the intention is like that. Arya Deva (འཕགས་པ་ལྷ) said: These four mandalas, always recite by abiding equally. This is explaining the meaning of what is said in the Vajra Garland, because it is explained as the meaning of reciting by combining the rising, entering, and abiding of wind with the three letters. Lakshmi (ལཀྵྨཱི་) and Alamkakalashas (ཨ་ལམ་ཀ་ཀ་ལ་ཤས), show going and coming in the secret lotus. When speaking of "going, not going, and coming," it is explained that the word "for" is not obvious in the two words "going and coming." Furthermore, in the Vajra Garland, during the vajra recitation, reciting the letter "Ha (ཧ)" and reciting the letter Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), the former is acting on the wind itself, which has been said before, and the latter is also a symbol of one aspect of the very essence of mantra, which has also been said before. Then, how is it said that a yogi recites twenty-one thousand six hundred times a day? This is the number calculated by dividing the rising and entering of wind into two halves each, because there is no time for abiding other than these two, then how should one recite by combining "A (ཨ)" with abiding? The early Tibetan lamas,
