I say: Knowing the self-nature of all things, appearing as that and this. One hundred and eight refers to the conceptual thoughts turning their backs on objects. Fifth, the reversal of wind is: From the same treatise: "With yoga accompanied by conceptualization, from that yoga, returning, the great wind of non-conceptualization, moves in the wheel of the channels. From that affliction, completely bound, from certainty, the ultimate truth, for twenty-seven days and nights, with the practice of the first action, meditate with a mind endowed with inversion." The yogi, returning from the yoga accompanied by one hundred and eight conceptual thoughts, the great wind of non-conceptualization moves in the wheel of the channels. From the afflictions, that is, the ultimate truth of reversing from the complete binding of conceptual thoughts and objects, from certainty, the wind that generates conceptual thoughts will be reversed. Therefore, for the beginner who loves the perfection of Vajra recitation, with the practice of the first action, that is, yoga, within twenty-seven days, meditate with a mind endowed with inversion, reversing the wind that generates conceptual thoughts. This is after determining the wind or one hundred and eight conceptual thoughts, then performing Vajra recitation as before for twenty-seven days, the winds of life-force that generate conceptual thoughts gradually enter the central channel. Sixth, complete purification is: From the same treatise: "From that purity, those also, with the power of true yoga, the yogas of life and effort, having completely abandoned all, only the cause of the very nature of wind, should meditate on the supreme yoga. With non-dual supreme yoga, for twenty-seven days and nights, relying on the very nature of wind, the distracted mind becomes pure." After the reversal of wind, practice complete purification. How to practice? Abandoning life and effort, that is, the yoga of counting the coming and going of wind, with the power of true yoga, practice the completely pure yoga, which is the most supreme among the six yogas. That is the very nature of wind, the ultimate clear light wind, is the cause of collecting other winds and conceptual thoughts, that is, with non-dual supreme yoga, practice the completely pure yoga for twenty-seven days. By this, the winds and conceptual thoughts that are scattered outward
