Between entering and exiting, Pause slightly and recite with the letter A. Some later lamas say that if this is the case, it contradicts the explanation of spontaneous recitation and leads to the flaw of not completing the explanation of reciting 21,600 times a day. Therefore, it is believed that one should recite without deliberately holding on. This also involves the same refutation, so a further response is needed. If that is the case, spontaneous movement has no pause other than entering and exiting, so it is necessary to speak of the pause of the wind that combines with the letter A. If one thinks that there is an interval between the completion of inhaling and not exhaling through the nostrils, then there is no interval between the completion of entering and the beginning of exiting. If one pauses between the inside and the nostrils, then one must also pause after entering from the nostrils before reaching one's own place, so it is merely giving the name of pausing to going and coming. Therefore, the explanation of reciting 21,600 times a day is the method of not separately making a pause other than the going and coming of the wind. The recitation of spontaneous entry is also the same. When combining with the three syllables, just as there is the letter A apart from Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:o,汉语字面意思:嗡) and Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), it is necessary to make a pause separately from entering and exiting. Therefore, immediately after inhaling, make a pause intentionally and then combine with Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) to exit. If it contradicts the explanation of spontaneous recitation just because of that, then combining with the three syllables is also not present in the natural wind, so that also contradicts it and it will become not Vajra recitation. Secondly, there are three points: showing that the heart's root knot is untied by Vajra recitation; explaining that untying the root knot in that way is superior to others; and explaining the reason for teaching the single Vajra recitation. The first point is: The sixth chapter of the Tantra Vajra Garland says: "By the nature of mantra, it is untied. After the yogi unties the knot, the nature of the wind, the one who knows it, by the combination of special distinctions, that combination is also unreasonable." It means that the root knot is untied by the nature of mantra, Vajra recitation, and that is also not known by others, so it is difficult to realize, and that meaning is transmitted from mouth to mouth by the grace of the yogini. Then, the Lord of Secrets said: "The distinctions of bindu, possessing lineage, whoever"

Therefore, quickly become the best of yogis, and use the union to untie the knots. May these beings of the three realms quickly attain the supreme siddhi. Thus, please explain how, by knowing the distinctions of bindus along with reasoning, one can untie the knots of the channels and quickly attain the supreme siddhi. In response to this request, (it was said) like in the space within the lotus of the heart. As stated before, it was said that in the central channel within the knot of the channels in the center of the heart, there is an indestructible bindu. And that channel is also wrapped with three knots that are difficult to untie. Because the knots block the opportunity for the life force to move from the two channels, it was said that it cannot move up and down. Furthermore, because the wind of the chariot of consciousness is defiled by habitual tendencies and wanders in samsara, in order to reverse that, one should strive to meditate on the distinctions of bindus, which is the suchness of mantra. After saying that, it was said, "Ignorance is not known by others, and the central knot is also like that; if that is untied, then it becomes siddhi." After that, like churning water to get butter, and like walking on a different path with the desire to go to the land on the far shore of the ocean, it is only engaging in asceticism, and like that, there is no desired result. Like a practitioner without instructions, even if they strive, because there is no desired result, it is only suffering greatly in vain. Therefore, one should learn the instructions passed down from the mouth of the yogini and the mouth of the lama. When that was said, Vajrapani asked the Buddha to speak those instructions. In response to that, because of the thoughts of the unworthy, it has been hidden in all the tantras and not clearly revealed anywhere, so I will explain what has not been clearly shown. After saying that, he explained the vajra recitation of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) and Hoḥ (藏文:ཧོཿ,梵文天城体:होः,梵文罗马拟音:hoḥ,汉语字面意思:霍). This is just a symbol; the vajra recitation of the three syllables is also the same as that. The meaning of what is said to be the names of those two, sound and bindu, is explained as meditating on the sound, Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), above the knot of the heart, and meditating on the bindu, Hoḥ (藏文:ཧོཿ,梵文天城体:होः,梵文罗马拟音:hoḥ,汉语字面意思:霍), in the center of the eyebrows, and first holding the mind with the two rising and descending winds through the gate of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) and Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡). Then, after placing the mind on the sixty-six channels and feet, etc., that move from the central channel, then place it on the letter A. That is also because of believing in the two six dots. One should also believe in those two, Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) and Hoḥ (藏文:ཧོཿ,梵文天城体:होः,梵文罗马拟音:hoḥ,汉语字面意思:霍). Having entered into those three syllables, the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) is also considered as a part and contemplated.
