So, Nachak (ན་ཆད་) is the stage of the four emptinesses, and shaking (གཡོས་ནས་) is the stage of self-nature. Thus, it is unreasonable to think that the discriminations of self-nature arise as one with the three minds, and that they arise in the cycle of the three minds. As for the answer to the second question, "What makes the mind disappear?" it is ignorance. Because ignorance is considered to be the essence of forgetting, it makes the mind disappear, that is, what is done is it. That also arises due to the self-nature dissolving into appearance. Thus, it is pointed out how the former ones expand it, and when this one contracts it, what causes the mind to disappear. In short, appearance is pointed out as the place where self-nature arises and dissolves. The general process of body formation has been explained. The second part is divided into three aspects: mainly the process of wind gradually arising, the order of pulse formation, and the order of bodhicitta formation. The first part is: Thus, after combining in the womb, in the first month of transformation, the four elements of semen and blood gradually mature, and the shape becomes like the shape of a fish. At that time, the life-sustaining wind arises. As it is said in the Vajramala Tantra: The wind of afflicted mind always runs correctly. Initially, at the time of transformation, it becomes like the shape of a fish. Also, as it is said in the same tantra: The life wind resides in the heart. Therefore, the location of the first life-sustaining wind to arise is the heart, and the location of the first pulse to form will also be the heart. Thus, on the basis of the earth, initially consciousness enters the center of semen and blood, and it is said that it forms from the heart and then the body downwards. Therefore, the three, pulse, wind, and bindu, initially form in the heart. Then, in the two transformations, due to the distinction between above and below the heart, the life wind becomes two, one going upwards and the second giving rise to the downward-clearing wind and going downwards. The shape of the fish again mixes with the mother's self-born blood and the downward-clearing wind and matures, becoming the shape of a turtle. As it is said in the same tantra: At the time of the second transformation, again mixing with blood, through the distinction of above and below, the wind makes the life wind become two. The downward-clearing wind
