It dwells on the lotus. It is the nature of Amitabha. It dwells on the lotus in the navel of equal dwelling. It is the nature of Amoghasiddhi. It is said so, which contradicts what is said in the Compendium of Conduct. The wind element that arises from both nostrils is the movement of Ratnasambhava, the lord of the Ratna family, and is the essence of the yellow rays of light that appear as the golden mandala of the place of power. The slow and unmoving, that is, the slowly moving wind element, is the movement of Akshobhya, the lord of the Vajra family, that is, the nature of clarity, the essence of the white rays of light that appear like the crystal of the water mandala. The Compendium of Conduct translates it as "the mandala of the river of an instant," but according to its explanation, it should mean "clarity," and there is no meaning of an instant. In the translation of Manjushri, the first three elements are called light, and the fourth is translated as "running slowly and lowly," which is a good translation. In the Five Stages and the Compendium of Conduct, it says, "The element that is firm and does not move," and the Tantra itself translates it as "The element of water that is slow and moves," and Chag translates it as "The element that moves straight and slowly," all of which are not good. In the second translation of Manjushri, "It appears very blue-green" is also a good translation. Lakshmi's explanation of the life-wind as black is inconsistent with this tantra. Lakshmi explains the meaning of dwelling in all parts of the body as dwelling in the collection of fine channels of the body. The commentary on the Vajramala explains it as dwelling in the collection of fine veins of the body, while the Compendium of Conduct explains it as dwelling in all the joints of the body, which is consistent with what is said in the tantra itself. This wind is the doer and enters into all things, etc. Lakshmi considers it to be the basis for the entry, rising, and dwelling of all other winds, like the four subtle behaviors are like the container world. Therefore, the earth element, purified as the form aggregate, is said to be the nature of Vairochana, because it is the basis of the feeling of the form aggregate, etc. Because this wind has no constant function, it is said to arise only from the dead body. Entering into all things is as before, or entering into the dwelling of behavior, etc.

Similarly, the commentary belonging to the Vajra Garland is also the same as before. However, in the tantra itself, it says: 'Pervading and holding, as well as going and likewise returning, etc., because the segments all pervade, therefore it is called the pervader.' As it is said, it applies to all actions. This wind is the wind that pervades all four mandala of elements mentioned earlier. The one who does not arise and has pervading light is Vairochana, whose nature is the same as space, as stated in the Compendium of Practices. In the Compendium of Practices, it says: 'All elements completely arise.' To this, the tantra translates as: 'From all elements completely arise.' The commentary also explains it as arising in dependence on the four elements, such as fire. 'The support and the holding of the supported' refers to the support and the holding of the supported. By removing 'holding,' it is explained as the pervader that holds the four winds that depend on the support. The meaning of 'death' is explained as, since there is no function of it constantly, its function is to appear outward at the time of death. Thus, not appearing outward at the time of death seems to be the meaning of 'not arising.' Pervading the four elements means that when they move in the nostrils, they do not move in a pervading manner, but pervade the four elements that dwell within. It is not contradictory to what is said in the Compendium of Practices, 'The ten winds arise and dissolve,' because it refers to arising and dissolving at the time of death. Therefore, if the two hundred and twenty-five winds of Mannger are divided by thirty-two channels, the share of the demon-free mother is seven winds, and half of the remaining one wind also runs there. There are ninety-six such situations in a day, totaling seven hundred and twenty winds running from the demon-free mother, which is said to be the death-wind pervading wind, which I do not find reasonable. Although it is not clearly stated in the tantras which of the three channels the winds of the four mandalas run through, it seems that the life and downward-moving winds, and the right and left winds are running. In the Vajra Garland Tantra, it says: 'Relying completely from above and below, the life and downward-moving winds move, those two alone are with conceptualization, it is clearly stated in the two winds. The essence of body and speech, Lalana and Rasana.' And 'The two winds of discrimination, from then on completely severed.'
