Therefore, contradictions with the fourfold explanations are avoided. This tantra, along with the "Four Seats Tantra" and the "Vajra Dakini Tantra," states that there are sixty hours in a day and night, and the time divisions are similarly explained here. In the "Hevajra Tantra" and the "Compendium of Principles Tantra," it is said that there are thirty-two hours, forty-four time divisions, and sixteen transfers in a day and night. This tantra and the "Non-Dual Victorious Tantra" state that the duration of each mandala's movement is half a period. However, the "Prophecy of Intentions Tantra" states that the duration of each of the four mandalas' movement is calculated by nine hundred breaths of air entering and exiting, resulting in twenty-four sets of nine hundred breaths in a day and night. When these are summarized into five stages, they must be consistent. Therefore, the half period mentioned for each mandala to remain should refer to each set of nine hundred breaths. If someone asks, "Then isn't it contradictory that the 'Vajra Garland Tantra' states that there are eight periods in a day and night?" That refers to the combination of the eight outer periods and the eight inner heart channels. Dividing into twenty-four half periods refers to the duration of the air's movement in each inner mandala. Therefore, since there are twelve large mandalas in the four periods of the day, it is unreasonable for four mandalas to complete the daytime period, and the same applies to the night. If someone asks, "Then the statement that each set of nine hundred breaths remains for half a period should be taken as the measure of transfer. If so, if it refers to transferring from one nostril to another, there would be twenty-four nostril transfers in a day and night. If it is considered transferring from one mandala to another, that is also unreasonable. Because for the ascending and equal-dwelling winds, if the nostrils do not transfer, there is no mandala transfer, and this transfer is also made in terms of the overall wind." To this, Man Nyer says that in half a period, the four mandalas of earth, water, fire, and wind, each possessing the nature of two hundred and twenty-five, descend, and then again in half a period, the four mandalas descend into one nostril as before, and then descend into another nostril. According to this statement, after one set of nine hundred fire-wind breaths passes through the right nostril, if another mandala's set of nine hundred breaths runs, it contradicts the scripture. If it runs repeatedly, what is the reason for cutting it into two sets of nine hundred breaths? The fire of fire

If it is said that in order to understand that the four small mandalas from the white cloth wind running to the fire water Mamaki (藏文:མཱ་མ་ཀཱི་,梵文天城体:मामाकी,梵文罗马拟音:māmakī,汉语字面意思:玛玛吉) running have been completed, and then the fire of fire white cloth etc. run again. Because the length of time for each large mandala to run is not indicated, fire is reasonable. Furthermore, if eight thousand winds alternate twelve times in the left and right nostrils each time, then each of the four winds must perform three major alternations. At that time, the six parts of the eight thousand winds running below the life force must run simultaneously, so the alternation of the nostrils in one day will become six times. Therefore, in general, there are three manifestations of the alternation of wind: alternation from one vein petal to another, alternation from one wind to another, and alternation from one nostril to another. The first case is that 21,600 winds run in one day. If we assume how much each vein petal of the navel chakra runs, then three hundred and thirty and one-half and eight breaths, after completing the running of one vein petal, alternate to the second vein petal, etc., and run in that order. At that time, the amount that one vein petal of the navel chakra runs is twice the amount that one vein petal of the crown chakra runs. The amount that one vein petal of the crown chakra runs is twice the amount that one vein petal of the throat chakra runs. The amount that one vein petal of the throat chakra runs is twice the amount that one vein petal of the heart chakra runs. It is said. In this way, even if alternating from one vein petal to another, it is not certain whether the four large and small wind mandalas and the left and right nostrils alternate from one to another. If alternating from each of the twelve vein petals of the third level of the navel chakra, then the alternation of the left and right nostrils is as stated in the Kalachakra. The second case is, for example, when the fire wind runs from the right nostril, the first 225 runs are the fire of fire. When it is completed, it alternates to the fire of wind, and the number is the same as before. Similarly, the fire of earth, and then the fire of water, also run the same number. This is the alternation from one mandala of small elements to another. When nine hundred fire winds are completed, the wind mandala of the left nostril runs. This is the alternation from one mandala of large elements to another. In this case, the alternation of the mandala and the nostrils occurs simultaneously.
