It is also necessary to combine them, so it must be stated truthfully. Visualizing the substance bindu in the lotus of the consort when visualizing oneself as the male and female deities, this is not the same as visualizing the subtle bindu yoga in the lower gate during the first stage, because that is visualizing the mandala of the support and the supported within the bindu, whereas here it is only visualizing the bindu itself. It is said in the oral instructions that by visualizing it, signs such as earth dissolving into water will appear, and this also amounts to gathering the life force into the central channel. Lakshmi said that male and female yogis each visualize bindus at the tips of their noses in their secret places, which is done to realize the meaning of the four lines of "Five Wisdoms," which is an explanation of the subtle yoga for those with desire. The four lines of "Jewel" refer to visualizing the Hum syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) in the heart, which is a guide for those with hatred. Therefore, not combining these quotations from the later tantras with visualizing wind in the upper nostrils seems to contradict the Compendium of Conduct and the Lamp of Clarity. Then, in the Vajra Garland, how is visualizing three bindus at the three nose tips explained as a path suitable for different individuals? The statement of visualizing three bindus at the three nose tips refers to the fact that for individuals with a strong inclination towards the three poisons, if they mainly practice it, they will quickly generate merit, so it is directed towards what is mainly practiced. As will be explained, after the life force of Vajra recitation has been drawn into the central channel, thinking in the heart: the life force has become a bindu. As it is said, one must know the oral instruction of gathering the indestructible bindu into the short A (Tibetan: ཨ་ཐུང་།). In the commentary on the Vajra Garland, it is also said: Here there is also an oral instruction, first relying on the five stages, the sequence of numbers, etc., the suchness of wind, and the suchness of mantra, for half a period of time, in relation to the three yogas, the three bindus are gradually symbolized, and then, "For entering and rising from the outside, it is necessary to combine the sequence with the wind existing in the form of the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A), and visualize the nature of the bindu in it. Symbolizing through the subtle wind, and causing it to abide therein for a kalpa or a thousand kalpas." The life force operation of the six-limbed yoga, the way in which the yoga of wind, as taught in the later tantras, causes the life force to enter the central channel is, the noble one

The sons diligently practice Vajra recitation. The subsequent tantras also explain the meaning of the root tantra in this way, stating that this gathers all the winds into the indestructible bindu. This should be understood as the ultimate reality of wind. Thirdly, this recitation of the coming and going of wind is definitely shown separately in each of the mandalas. It is said to be spoken in the tantra called Vajra Garland, so connect it like that. Furthermore, the previous two are not only about explaining the general wind of the upper gate. This has four parts: brief explanation, detailed explanation, meaning summary, and showing that it is difficult to realize. The first is: From the root tantra: "Think of a mustard seed at the tip of the nose." This is life, which is the effort of breathing, that is, the sign of prolonged relaxation, which is a symbol. The effort of life, or life and effort itself, is the nature of the five Buddhas, the five rays of light completely abide. As it is recited, "Meditate on the five lights as the essence of the Buddha," then the meaning of knowing the five winds and rays of light as the five Buddhas should be understood. From the Vajra Garland: "The tip of the nose is the supreme place, the self-nature of the five winds, it is called the bindu of wind. The true nature is also clear, the mustard seed at the tip of the nose is also like that. It is said in other tantras, the so-called mustard seed at the tip of the nose is the sign of life and effort." The first four verses explain the place for meditating on the bindu of light, and the next four verses explain the intention spoken in other tantras such as the Compendium Tantra. If it is thought that the tip of the nose is which of the three tips of the nose? It is definitely arising from the upper nose. The way of arising changes into four forms, so connect it like that. How is it? That is, the left and right nostrils, one each, two, and both holes flowing at the same time, or flowing slowly, these four. If it is done by the path of flow, there are only three, if it is done by the way of flow, the way of flow is not explained in the previous three, so how can it be four? That is, it is divided into two that flow alternately left and right, and two that flow simultaneously from both, and it becomes four. And those that flow from both have two kinds of flow, strong and weak. Therefore, it is said to be slow, so it is possible to understand that it flows more strongly than the previous one. Therefore, the so-called "both at the same time" is not cutting off separately, but from that flow there is strong and weak
