It is the place of the indestructible bindu in the center of the heart. This, like space purifying space, the great mudra of the union of mind and luminosity, is said to arise from the power of the vajra recitation wind dissolving into the heart. It is also the meaning of the five stages of Hevajra, and it is also the key point of the views of the noble father and sons. This method is also said to be known from the oral instructions of the yoginis, as stated in the Vajra Garland Tantra. The five stages of Hevajra are said to be the secret instructions hidden and found by the yoginis. The instructions that arise from the mouths of the coemergent yoginis, who are adorned with head ornaments, are the accomplishment of suchness itself. From these two, the state of the great mudra of luminosity, the vajra recitation that is accomplished by vajra recitation, is said to be practiced from the very beginning. Know this as the secret instruction of the vajra recitation of the noble father and sons. If you do so, then performing vajra recitation on the winds of the limbs through the gates of the senses, and performing self-arisen vajra recitation by focusing on the central channel, and those who think that it is only training the channels through which the vajra recitation wind enters the central channel, are speaking without understanding the key points of vajra recitation. In the Five Stages of Hevajra, it says: "Like the appearance of moving firebrand, the mind is completely absorbed in the object. From that, it is reversed, and what cannot be indicated is indicated." Like a wheel of firebrand, the mind, which is extremely moving and difficult to grasp, is completely reversed from running towards the object, and the coemergent great mudra, which cannot be indicated by other means, is indicated. Having said that, by what means is it indicated? In that very text, it says: "The mind endowed with sound and bindu, should be placed in the heart. From this, the one who destroys the dimness of ignorance, the lord, the Bhagavan, will arise." It is said that by placing in the heart a bindu sound, that is, nāda (藏文:ནཱ་ད,梵文天城体:नाद,梵文罗马拟音:Nāda,汉语字面意思:声), which is the nature of mind, and by placing the mind immovably on it, the coemergent will arise. Such key points depend on knowing the key points of the heart, as mentioned earlier. It is also said in that text that by placing the nature of the alaya, the five sense consciousnesses, on the bindu of the heart, the mind becomes unmoving. The five sense consciousnesses are those who have previously drawn the winds from the sense gates. Since the sixth consciousness is not mentioned, the alaya is the sixth.

It is not the intention of other desires that are followed. In the final stage of the five stages of the Supreme Bliss, it is also said that if the mind, which is moved by its own nature, is drawn by objects such as form and stabilized in the heart, it will become like the sky. This is not just the mind holding that the mind does not move, but knowing the order of dissolving the wind gathered in the heart, so the key to the heart is very important and difficult to understand. In this regard, the movement of the six consciousnesses in the six realms is the action of the wind. Among them, in the heart, there are six object-oriented and six wind movements that move the six realms, which enter through the six senses. In the heart, there are six winds that clarify the six realms, which can also clarify forms, sounds, etc. When it appears, the thoughts of self-nature will appear. When these thoughts dissolve into their own place, these thoughts will disappear. As the Vajra Garland Sutra says: The center of the heart is the substance of bliss, the light of the bright sun of the Buddha, even the form of the object and the subject, is twelve rays of light. The light increases, the light is blazing, bright, burning, red light. Relying on the eyes, etc., is the holder who holds the external forms, etc. Light, mother of light, mother of no appearance, bright and beautiful, bright light, bright sun. The appearance of external forms, etc., these six are considered light. The goddesses that appear are the appearance of the sun of wisdom. These disappear correctly, which is their ultimate disappearance. The arising and disappearing are completely cut off, and it should be known as the highest state. The great yogi should awaken well, this is the holding of the sun of the Buddha. The center of the heart is indestructible, the substance of bliss is the nature of bliss. The Buddha is self-nature pure, the light of the bright sun is the wind of light. What is called light is also the previous six groups. The goddesses are those winds, wisdom is the sun of the Buddha. These twelve winds disappear correctly and without inversion, which is the disappearance of the sun of the Buddha, the cause of the highest state. Arising, disappearing, and ceasing to abide is the state of Bodhi. The holding of the sun of the Buddha is the twelve winds dissolving into the heart. Most of these winds are transformations of life, and also the veins of the heart petals flowing into the five realms.
