The life-sustaining winds that pervade are the meaning of the letter 'ma'. Therefore, it is said that these become one, etc. The two life-sustaining and the three upward-moving winds become one in the center of the lotus of the heart, which is the meaning of the letter Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) of the Vajra of the Heart. These are because the three letters combine and become three, such as the letter Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), and an explanation of the definitive meaning of residing in the three places is made. Therefore, the life-sustaining and upward-moving winds enter the central channel in the center of the three wheels, and it is explained as the meaning of the three Vajra letters. The place where the three knots of the center of the three wheels are untied, the winds enter, and it is shown as the meaning of the three letters. The second part has two parts: the actual way in which the combination of the three winds in the center of the heart is the main thing, and the explanation of the method of stopping the winds. The first part is: Then, the Lord of Secrets asked: If the meaning of the three Vajra letters and the distinction of the places are understood, then among these, who is the master in the center? What kind of thing is mainly taught? It means that the meaning of the three Vajra letters, that is, the three ways of combining the winds, and the place where they are combined, that is, the three places such as the head, are understood. Then, among these three, who is the master in the center? What kind of thing is mainly considered? In response to that, it is said: The most secret of secrets, what you ask is the hidden meaning, which has not been spoken in all the tantras. I will explain it in detail, please listen. It means that in the center of the three wheels of the heart, throat, and head, in the place where the knots of the channels are untied, mixing the life-sustaining and other winds, among these three, which key is the most important, this is more secret than secret, hidden in other tantras, so it will be explained. It means that it is necessary to gain certainty about this meaning. Then it says: The seed of the heart is the master, and there is no distinction among all. Because what is the main thing, the others are, will decrease, and will also be taken away. It means that among all three, the meaning of the seed of the heart, that is, in the place where the knot of the heart channel is untied, combining the three winds into one, is the master. This is the answer to the previous question. That itself is the main thing, this is the answer to the later question. What is the reason for that? Because in the place where the knot of the heart is untied, the wind is one.

The reason for doing so is that all the winds that generate conceptualization and thoughts disappear, that is, they are cut off. Other than the absence of conceptualization, conceptualization and its winds are diminished and taken away by it. This is related to the answer to the question asked at the time of questioning, "Who is the master, and what kind of main content was spoken?" Or, another main one is that other than the mind vajra, there are the body vajra and speech vajra. The knots of the channels of the crown and throat, which are the places of those two (body vajra and speech vajra), are destroyed by the dissolution of the knots of the mind vajra, which is to be related to the meaning of gradually diminishing and taking away. The commentary says: Among the three letters, the letter ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, हूं, Devanagari, hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, hūṃ, meaning Hum) is the main one, because all dharmas depend on the mind. Among all, it means that in all the two states of complete purification, conceptualization does not stain the nature of the mind. Because, the one hundred and eight conceptualizations that arise from the seeds of body, speech, and mind diminish, and the winds are taken away, which is explained as abandoning after fully understanding the nature. It seems that the meaning of the three letters mentioned earlier has not been clearly understood, and the key point of the central channel of the heart has not been fully understood. Therefore, even if for that reason, the wind is able to enter the avadhuti in the center of the crown and throat, it is not able to destroy the knot of the channel of the heart, so it is shown that it is not possible to cut off all conceptualizations. Then it says: "The two winds of conceptualization pervade the entire body, flow from the nostrils, constantly arise in the body, and pervade the path of the six realms of existence with their power." This is said with the intention of showing the wind of conceptualization that should be cut off, that is, the two winds are life-sustaining wind and downward-clearing wind. The rest is easy to understand. Then it says: "Third, the yogi realizes, there is no conceptualization, it is very wonderful, and by stopping all the winds, one realizes that very birth." The third refers to putting the meaning of the letter of the mind vajra, that is, the place where the knot of the channel of the heart is released, into the wind. Realization refers to that becoming manifest to the yogi. At that time, the absence of conceptualization is very wonderful, that is, born together with wonder.
