The final ha letter and the moon-shaped symbol above are placed together. In the chapter explaining the essence of body, speech, and mind, from the three letters a, o, and ma, ༀ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: o, Literal meaning: Om) is extracted, and when explaining, the letter u is extracted. ཨཱཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah) is composed of two a's and a clear ha, and the letter ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) is similar to the previous one. Like this, three letters are extracted from vowels and consonants, and it is explained that these are the letters, etc. Which vowel and consonant letters were explained earlier, and which letters are silent, etc., are obviously inclined to, that is, the main ones, ya, ra, la, va, all of these should be understood as the essence of female, male, and hermaphrodite. Not only should these be understood, but also the limits of language, that is, the root, and what is included by etc., the agent, the doer, etc., up to eighty-four thousand. A detailed analysis is made of the forms of various languages, etc. Alternatively, through the three realms, etc., it is considered to be the nature of the three bodies, the three roots, etc. What shows the function of these three is "below" etc. ༀ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: o, Literal meaning: Om) enters inward, so it goes down, and ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) rises outward, so it goes up. Combination is equal existence, that is, the letter a. So, for the wind that exists in its own nature, why is there a need for distinctions such as below and above? Although entering etc. is accomplished by its own nature, because children do not understand, it is necessary to understand that the limbs are not missing, and through wisdom, wind and mantra are determined to be inseparably combined, so that the yogi can manifest their own nature. Therefore, Lakshmi said that it is not obtaining what has not been obtained, but completing the completion stage by understanding what is not understood. The spoken mantra, that is, the mantra extracted as before, is a thing, that is, the essence without self-nature, arising from luminosity. This shows that the mantra extracted from the three letters is different from other extracted mantras. Like this, if, like other extracted mantras, those mantras extracted from vowels and consonants, or the mantras recited in the mind. Here, the sound of the three states of rising, entering, and abiding of the wind arising from the luminous, indestructible bindu, appears as the sound of the three letters. Then, it would be enough to explain only those, why is it necessary to extract the mantra of the three letters? This is extracted by showing how all the mantras to be recited are contained in the three letters. Therefore, no matter how many mantras are recited, all of them can accomplish

Therefore, it shows the accomplishment of all actions, so it is necessary to collect mantras. Some of the translations are: Because all the mantras of the essence of female, male, and hermaphrodite, however the oral instructions are obtained, are completely absorbed into the three letters. As it is said, the Kalis are male, ṛ, ṝ, ḷ, ḹ are hermaphrodite, and the remaining vowels are female. The oral instruction for collecting all the mantras of snakes, etc., that have become such an essence into three letters is: Whichever deity becomes a mantra, although infinite, if collected, it will gather into the three vajras, so these mantras also gather into the three essences of the three vajras. As the root tantra says: The secret essence of the body, speech, and mind of all Tathagatas, which activates all mantras. Or, the mantras are inviting the deity, i.e., summoning, and inviting to reside, i.e., blessing after summoning, and inviting to depart, i.e., the three mantras that encourage respective actions. The deity that gives accomplishments also gathers into five families, and here, if the five winds, light, and rays are controlled, it will give supreme accomplishment, and the method for that is also reciting the three mantras of rising, entering, and abiding, therefore, all mantras gather into three letters, and these three letters are explained as the master of all mantras. Secondly, after explaining the collection of mantras, the meaning of the mantra is shown from that, etc. From those three letters, or that is completely transformed, therefore, whatever closely contemplates as the image of the deity, that is the meaning of the mantra. The way of complete transformation is that Lakshmi explains how Vairochana etc. arise from the complete transformation of the syllable Om. That is the meaning of the mantra of the generation stage, but here, the meaning of the mantra of the completion stage is the main one, so that alone is not enough. Therefore, the mantra of the three letters is the three of wind rising, entering, and abiding, and its complete transformation is the wind that is inseparable from the three wisdoms, free from rising and entering. To contemplate as the image of the deity from that is, from those two, wind and mind, rising as the illusory body. From the order of self-blessing: Of that which is perfectly combined with wind, those three consciousnesses again, appear in the body of the yogi. Illusion
