It is evident that both flow through the nostrils, because it is said that both flow through the nostrils. It is said that the knot of the Avadhuti channel is located in the heart, and after being cut, it exists only in that channel. Chapter six states that because the heart's knot binds, the life-force cannot move up or down, so unless at the time of death or by dissolving the knot with Vajra recitation, it is not possible to move back and forth from the central channel in the center of the heart chakra. It is evident that the upward-moving and even-dwelling energies flow sequentially through the right and left channels, respectively. Although the subtle life-sustaining energy resides within the heart's knot, the life-sustaining energy that currently flows resides above the heart's knot, and considering that the downward-clearing energy resides in the channel below the heart's knot, it is said that "they move depending on above and below," but it is not that the life-force, having passed upward, does not flow downward, and the downward-clearing energy, having passed downward, does not flow upward. In the commentary on the chapter "Establishing the Three Nasal Tips," explaining "arising from the nostrils" as the first of two, explaining it as the upper nostril seems inconsistent with the Compendium of Practice. Explaining the elements such as "the element arising from the right side" as wind, and explaining the upward-moving energy as arising from the right nostril and the even-dwelling energy as arising from the left nostril is generally good, but it is inconsistent with one's own explanation in chapter twelve. Explaining the meaning of slow and non-flowing as not flowing upward is also inconsistent with the Compendium of Practice. In the Compendium of Practice, it is said that each mandala of the elements has five rays of light, and that one mandala pervades the four elements. Some Tibetans say that "arising from the right side," etc., refers to the right and left sides of one nostril, which contradicts the Compendium of Practice and is therefore unreasonable. However, Lakshmi and Alamkakalasha say that the winds of the four elements of each nostril also flow from its right, left, and center, which is good. In the aggregated explanatory tantras, the manner of flowing, such as up and down, is not clear, and in the Sambhuta it is said that fire flows upward, wind horizontally, earth straight, and water downward. Thus, Arya Deva quoted from chapter twelve of the Vajra Garland, and Arya Deva quoted from "Establishing the Three Nasal Tips."

is quoted from a chapter, and the meaning is the same. Third, as previously explained, this clear explanation of the suchness of wind is the essence of the five wisdoms. It should be understood by inferring from the combination of the five winds with the five Tathagatas. Fourth, such a wind yoga is not known by speculators who are separated from the scriptures that reveal the suchness of the root winds. Moreover, it is not even the object of practice for beginner yogis, that is, those who are new to the practice of the generation stage. This does not mean that practitioners of the generation stage cannot understand through hearing and thinking, but rather that this yoga will not arise completely in the mindstream until the generation stage is perfected and one enters the completion stage. Therefore, this tantra not only clearly explains the meaning of the root tantra, but also, in the chapter on the questions of the four goddesses, it is explained as the essence of the five wisdoms. In the later tantras, the five wisdoms and the five elements are generally spoken of as one without distinction, but this tantra clearly distinguishes and explains them one by one, thus clearly showing the method of contemplating the drop of light on the tip of the nose of the face, that is, the five rays of light. Furthermore, the later tantras briefly mention the contemplation of the material bindu on the tip of the secret nose, but this tantra clearly shows this from the chapter on the three bindus and the three nose tips. In particular, the method of gathering the winds into the indestructible bindu of the heart is extracted from the root in many chapters of this tantra and explained. Therefore, if you want to know all the key points of Vajra recitation, you should follow the teachings of this tantra and receive the transmission from the mouth of the guru. The suchness of wind has been explained. The second part is divided into two parts: the general outline and the detailed explanation. The first part is: after explaining the suchness of wind, now is the time to explain the suchness of mantra. Now, we will enter the general outline of the suchness of mantra, that is, the root tantra containing unclear words. This is explained in the tenth chapter. There, the abbreviated mantra Om (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) is proclaimed. How do these three syllables become the collection of all mantras? In the "Condensed Practice Sutra," it says: The mantras of snakes and so on are all produced from Ali Kali. Their suchness is the three syllables that arise from the indestructible,
