The protector of the Vajra family, the essence of Akshobhya, is the nature of clarity, the essence of white light appearing like crystal in the mandala of water. In the Condensed Practice Tantra, it says, "A moment's mandala of water." This translation, according to its explanation, should mean clarity and does not have the meaning of a moment. In Manjushri's translation, the first three realms are called light, and the fourth is translated as "slowly and lowly flowing," which is good. In the Five Stages and the Condensed Practice Tantra, it says, "The firm and non-flowing realm," and in the Tantra itself, it says, "The slow and flowing water realm." This translation, and Chag's translation as "the straight and slowly flowing realm," are not good. Manjushri's second translation, "It appears very clearly in greenish-blue," is also good. Lakshmi's explanation as black life-wind is inconsistent with this tantra. Regarding the meaning of residing in all parts of the body, Lakshmi explains it as residing in all the subtle networks of the body's channels. The commentary on the Vajra Garland explains it as residing in the subtle networks of the body's veins, but the Condensed Practice Tantra explains it as residing in all the joints of the body, which is consistent with what is said in that tantra. This wind is the agent and enters into all actions, etc. Lakshmi considers it the basis for the entry, rising, and abiding of all other winds, and it is like the container world for the four essential activities. Therefore, the earth element, purified into the form of the aggregate of form, is said to be the nature of Vairochana, because it is the basis for the feeling, etc., of the aggregate of form. It is explained that this wind has no constant action, so it arises only from the dead body. Entering into all actions is as before, or entering into the abiding of activities, etc. Otherwise, the commentary on the Vajra Garland is the same as before. However, in the Tantra itself, it says, "Pervading and holding, and going and likewise returning, etc., because it pervades all the joints, therefore it is called the pervader, which is action." As it is said, it enters into all actions. This wind is the wind that pervades all four mandalas of the elements previously described. The light that does not arise and pervades is Vairochana, which is the nature equal to space, as it is said in the Condensed Practice Tantra. In the Condensed Practice Tantra, the element

"All-pervading Origin" is as translated in the Tantra: "From all realms, it is all-pervading origin." The commentary also states that it arises dependent on the four elements of fire, etc. What is meant by "support and supported" is the grasping of support and supported. Having removed the support, it is said to be the all-pervading that holds the four winds that rely on the support. The meaning of "death" is that since it constantly lacks its function, at the time of death, the outward manifestation is its action, as it is explained. Thus, not appearing outward at the time of death appears to mean not appearing, so pervading the four elements does not mean that they move in the nostrils in a pervasive manner, but rather pervade the four elements that reside within. It does not contradict the statement in the Condensed Practice that "the ten winds arise and decay together," because it refers to the arising and decaying at the time of death. Thus, if the 225 winds of Mannger are divided by the 32 channels, then in the share of the demon-severed mother, seven winds are obtained, and half of the remaining one wind also moves there. There are 96 such instances in one day, totaling 720 winds moving from the demon-severed mother. It does not seem reasonable to say that this is the wind that pervades the death wind. Although it is not clearly stated in the explanatory tantras from where the three channels move the winds of the four wheels, it appears that the two life and downward-moving winds move in the two side channels. As the Vajra Garland Tantra says: "Because of truly relying on above and below, the life and downward-moving move separately. It is clearly stated that those two alone have distinctions, in the two winds, the essence of body and speech, lalana and rasana." And: "The two winds of discrimination, from there they go separately. The great wind without discrimination, because body and speech vajra are severed, the non-discriminating gives bliss." Thus, the life and downward-moving winds move relying on the upper and lower channels, which means that when the discriminating wind and the winds of body and speech are severed, the discriminating wind is severed. Those two are also said to be the winds of the side channels, so it is known that the two life and downward-moving winds move from those two. The commentary also says that the movement of the two channels is the nature of life and downward-moving. The way of moving is that when each of those two moves,
