, and the three petals of the fire wheel, relying on the three knots and three petals of the central channel, that is six, the center is seven, the two channels of the left and right breasts are nine, and the six petals and the center of the air wheel, that is seven. The two channels between the left and right eyebrows, relying on nine, nine airs circulate. The way the four wheels circulate air is the same as others. The five branch airs are said to be the nature of the life air, so they circulate from both nostrils, or circulate equally. The order is as the commentary says, after the navel wheel is the heart wheel, then the fire wheel, then the enjoyment wheel, then the air wheel, then the great bliss wheel, then it circulates again from the navel wheel. Or after the heart wheel is the fire wheel, in order until the navel wheel. When these airs circulate in various places, it is said that one hundred and eight kinds of discriminations such as greed, hatred, and ignorance arise. In this way, the air of one day also first arises from the heart wheel and finally gathers there. Now let us combine these with the treatises of the Holy Father and Sons. The air that becomes the life of all sentient beings is the mount of consciousness, that is the nature of air. If divided, there are five kinds of self-nature of the five airs such as life-sustaining. Not only that, there are also five kinds of branch airs such as moving air, so there are ten kinds. The function is to do all things, this treatise comes from intentional instruction and discipline, etc. Among them, how do the air and the three syllables work in the continuums of ordinary people and yogis? It is widely said in the Compendium of Actions, making the five stages that are not obvious obvious. In the Compendium of Actions, the ten airs are used to describe the way of doing things when the body exists in the continuums of ordinary people and yogis, and finally one obtains imperishability and becomes without things. The imperishability mentioned is as mentioned before, and obtaining it is to dissolve into it in the order of gathering. When showing the function of the three syllables, it is also like this, doing everything when the body exists, finally entering imperishability, and then relying on the body of ordinary people, doing everything in the same way. What is said is also that meaning. Also in the five stages, say separately

These luminous mantras arise from the essence of non-substantiality. This shows that the luminous mind-wind has three states: arising, entering, and abiding. Contemplating one's own mantra in the heart, life abides in the bindu. This explains that all the winds ultimately gather into the indestructible bindu in the heart. Initially, one divides into nine nines, these two verses, as well as "the short sound becomes all speech," also explain the same meaning. Because it is difficult to understand, it is clearly explained in the Compendium of Conduct: the short A enters into the life of all languages and words, and through accomplishing all teachings of the world and beyond, the short sound becomes all speech. Although phoneticians know this, they do not understand its suchness. Moreover, "A is the most supreme of all letters," etc., and "being spoken of as the door of all meditations," the meaning of no-birth is its suchness. In particular, it is said to be the co-emergent A syllable residing in the center of the heart. The meaning of these has been explained before. Therefore, Gongpa Lungton said that the short A is the cause and pervasion of all speech, not just entering into the life of language and words, but the meaning it represents is that the co-emergent mind-wind resides in the heart, which is the root of all samsara and nirvana, and it is also the meaning of knowing that the wind-mind gathers here. Therefore, taking three mantras from that tantra is not about external mantras, but about the entering and abiding of the inner mantra wind. Therefore, know that the short A, which is said to be its root, is the indestructible bindu. The teachings of Gongpa Lungton in the Compendium of Conduct, which do not cite the Five Stages, from "As long as the world exists" to "It is said to be like a seed," explain that wind generates everything. Third, how does one know the generation stage of striking the vital points on the body, relying on the realization of explaining the order of birth and death in this way? The order is: Just like the many clouds, with various shapes and colors, arise from the sky and dissolve into the sky. Similarly, all natures are the cause of the three appearances, and after completely entering the objects, they enter into the light. If one does not understand such a nature
