It has been said that it is a means to awaken realization, and this will be explained later. Secondly, how does one abide after being born, after the aggregates, elements, and sense bases of the body in general, and the winds, channels, and bodhicitta in particular, gradually form and the birth in the womb is complete? Although one abides in the womb without any air entering or leaving through the nostrils, as soon as one is born at the birth gate, the two airs enter and leave. The food and drink that are consumed are also melted by the fierce fire located in the navel, and become essence of the same nature, and the pure part is poured into the channel places of the body by the two flavors, which becomes the cause of the body's growth and abiding. Twenty-one thousand six hundred breaths circulate each day, and the production of semen and blood in males and females in the lower gate is said to occur around the ages of twelve and sixteen. The red element fire melts the white element and pours the red element into the lower gate. In general, it is the nature of the blood-fire element, so all the blood elements that circulate within the channels of the body, and in particular, the blood element that circulates from the Roma channel burns with the nature of heat, but the main element of the fierce fire is the blood located in the central channel, because it is said that the wind that circulates from the central channel awakens the fierce fire, therefore, by its key point, the fire that it ignites is not the fire within other channels. Among them, the blood located mainly in the navel and the triangle below it is the element, and it is said a lot about being located in the navel. The Sambhuta Tantra also says, "The fire of Brahma is located in the triangle." The former is said to be the A syllable (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, literal Chinese meaning: A), and the latter is said to be the Ksha syllable (Tibetan: ཀྵ, Devanagari: क्ष, Romanized Sanskrit: kṣa, literal Chinese meaning: Ka). The short A syllable of the navel is often said to be located in the center of the wheel, and the commentaries also say that it is placed in the Avadhuti, so it is the nature of the dust in the central channel. Therefore, the Hum syllable (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum) of the crown chakra, which is to be melted by that fire, is also located in the Avadhuti in the center of the crown chakra. The fierce fire burning in the navel Enters the central channel and runs into the petals of each chakra, so the fierce fire will burn throughout the body, and it will also melt the bodhicitta from all those channels. Although air and semen also flow into the Roma channel, it is said that blood flows into that channel because there is more blood.

Similarly, in the single "རྐྱང་མ", all three descend, but relative to "རོ་མ", the semen portion is larger, so it is said to descend there. In "དབུ་མ", all three also descend, but as the wind that rides the mind, the place that ignites the fire descends more, so it is said that the wind descends and the mind descends. Relative to the two "རོ་རྐྱང་", the semen also descends more there, so it is said that the moon of wisdom descends, which is known as "ཀུན་འདར་མར་རབ་གྲགས". Therefore, what should be melted is semen, what melts it is blood, and what ignites the blood is wind. The main location of these three is also in "ཨ་བ་དྷཱུ་ཏཱི་". In the Vajra Garland Tantra, it is said that an indestructible point exists in the center of the heart and navel chakras, which refers to "ནཱ་ད་", which translates to sound or just sound. The letter "ཧཾ་" at the crown is indestructible, as stated in the Sambhuta Tantra, so it should be known that there is also an indestructible "ནཱ་ད་" in the center of the throat. The Vajra Garland Tantra says: "Having the status of indestructible nada, completely abandoning all discriminations, moving like a snake's tongue, the parents of Brahma and others, not exhausted but moving, completely abandoning the collection of elements, immeasurable, inexhaustible, unborn, located in the navel emanation chakra." What is said is the Tummo known as "ཨ་ཐུང་", because that tantra says: "Because it gathers the dakinis, therefore it is said to be the gathered dakini, always residing in the center of the navel, light like a thousand suns." Therefore, in the Sambhuta Tantra, this is said to be the Selfless Mother, and in the Spring Drop it is also said to be Vajravarahi, so it is the nature of gathering dakinis. Again, that tantra says: "In the lotus center of the Dharma wheel, only sound truly exists, without discrimination, without appearance, non-dual and without defilement, without analogy, without action, without foundation, without concealment, it is the supreme wisdom and power, completely abandoning arising and destruction." Although there are many meanings symbolized by the indestructible point of the heart, the way it exists in the conventional world is: the mind of consciousness, and the two white and red bindus that are the basis of the mind, and the wind, the commentary says that the five lights are the wind of luminosity. The co-emergent wind arises from the accomplishment of Suchness. To that, the heart
