Thus, the blending of the life-pulse and the lower-pulse into one is, according to this system, blended at the point where the knot of the heart-pulse is untied. Because the knot of the heart is difficult to untie, the life-pulse and the lower-pulse are not allowed to mix. If they mix, how will the mixing occur? And knowing the key points of the instructions for untying that knot is extremely important. Among them, the navel and throat chakras are the shape of the three points of the E (Tibetan: ཨེ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ए, Sanskrit Romanization: e, Literal meaning: E) syllable, which is wisdom; the heart and crown chakras are the round shape of the Vam (Tibetan: ཝཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Literal meaning: Vam) syllable, which is method. The former two face upwards, and the latter two face downwards. The Sambhuta says: "The crown and navel chakras, truly reside in the shape of the E syllable; the heart and throat truly reside, it is said to be like the shape of Vam." It also says: "By the nature of method and wisdom, they enter equally above and below; the E syllable and the Vam syllable, are said to be two and two." As it is said. The meaning of those four lines is explained as before in the "Ear of Instructions." Thirdly, the red and white winds and bodhicitta are formed even before the channels. That is, in the center of the red and white bodhicitta arising from the parents, the intermediate state consciousness enters the heart; from then on, the limbs of the body are formed, which is said to be the substance of the earth. Therefore, the first place of the white bindu is the heart. Later, after the channels are formed, white bodhicitta resides in the crown chakra, and red bodhicitta resides in the navel. The "Ear of Instructions" says: "The heart vajra is the state of abandoning the Gandharva sentient being, and becoming one with the semen and blood of the parents, mutually as the benefactor and the beneficiary, thus, through the complete transformation of the state, the five aggregates of the nature of the lineage are generated, in the states of birth and so on. However, in the state, in the head's lotus, the semen component is more, and the blood component is less, and it is reversed in the secret lotus." As it is said. The term secret lotus also includes the navel. The crown has more white component, and it always abides there, so it is said to be its place, but it is not that there is no red there, or that white does not abide in other places. Similarly, there is also white in the navel, but the red component is more, and it is the permanent abode, so it is established as the place of red.

Well, then, in the Sambhuta, it says: Among them (Tibetan: དེ་ནང་), the form of "Hum" (Tibetan: ཧཾ་གི་རྣམ་པ་ནི།): It has the shape of a bindu, is indestructible, is the root of all worlds, is the nature of stability, is the nature of movement, from the clear and unclear images, it truly exists in the form of a seed, sentient beings are all its images, therefore it is originally complete. So, what does it mean that the white bodhicitta in the head is said to be the root of all bodies? All worlds refer to the world of the five aggregates, stability refers to the eyes, etc., and movement refers to the mind and mental factors, which are said to be their root. As it is said in ManNye: "In the middle," as it is said, after the white bodhicitta is formed in the crown chakra, it makes the world of the body grow. The last sentence is translated as "It is initially produced from there," which is the same. If it is not so, it contradicts the statement that it resides in the crown chakra and is therefore produced from there, because there is no crown chakra before the channels are formed. Therefore, the bindu that the mind relies on is the essence of blood and its continuation into which consciousness has entered. It resides in the heart, so it is said many times to place the seed of the heart in the heart. It is said that the two main elements of the sixteen realms residing in the body are essence and blood, and the place where they rely on the mind is the heart, and the place where the burning and dripping essence and blood are the crown and the navel. If explained in more detail, as mentioned before, the seventy-two thousand channels are divided into three parts, and it is said that semen flows out of one part, blood flows out of one part, and wind flows out of one part, which refers to the majority of cases. Summarizing from that, there are two root channels through which the three, essence, blood, and wind, flow. Summarizing from that, there are twenty-four channels through which those three flow. Summarizing from that, there are eight heart channels through which those three flow. Summarizing from that, it is said that blood flows from the Roma channel, semen flows from the Kyangma channel, and wind flows from the central channel. As it is said in the Vajramala Tantra: "The left is the moon, flowing with bodhicitta, the right is blood and the sun flowing, know that the wind flows in the middle, know that it extinguishes the fire." The other sources have already been mentioned. In this tantra, it is also said that the central channel is the channel through which fire flows. Its meaning will be explained in the explanation of the flow of time fire. However, the wind flowing from the central channel is the tummo
