Vajrasattva is oneself. Therefore, offer to oneself. It is said, and has been explained many times before. Therefore, the three bodies that are similar to the three of birth, death, and bardo, which are the basis, are the objects to be accomplished. On the path, the stages of meditation that correspond to those three are also shown. In accordance with each stage of the existence of the container and its contents, it is said to meditate on a path like this as a substitute. For example, drawing many meaningless images on a cloth, saying, "Instead of that, draw this Buddha image," just like saying to a samsaric being, "The container and its contents arise like this, instead of that, make a palace and three bodies like this arise." When meditating on those, one meditates in the form of what is accomplished in that meditation. Thus, as previously explained, if it is established that a practitioner who is in accordance with the Dharma is a person from Jambudvipa, then the stages of birth, death, and bardo that he meditates in accordance with must also be determined according to the circumstances of the people of Jambudvipa. Placing the three of birth, death, and bardo as a common ground for the path of meditation is not just imitation, but because the purpose is to transform the birth, death, and bardo of the same kind that will appear into the three bodies. Moreover, since the Dharma of Jambudvipa only has those three, the common ground of the same kind as those three is also determined according to the circumstances of Jambudvipa. Thus, even if death must be determined according to the circumstances of Jambudvipa, for birth, there is no need for a person from Jambudvipa and the bardo born there. It is enough to combine the bardo after the death of a person from Jambudvipa and birth, and to be in accordance with the Dharma. If you think so, there is no fault. If one can accomplish the complete manifestation body as a substitute for the birth of a person from Jambudvipa and the bardo born there, then one can use all the bardos and births that one enters due to karma. Moreover, because there is a special accordance with the Dharma in combining the birth of a person from Jambudvipa and the bardo born there. What is that? If you say that those that combine the stages of the arising of existence and the accordance with the Dharma, when it is the basis for the lower and when it is the result for the upper, both have a special accordance with the Dharma that corresponds to the form of both, therefore, make those the path of the result.

It is indeed existent. Therefore, the basis for taking birth in a mother's womb and attaining Buddhahood as a supreme emanation is the life of a human being in Jambudvipa. Thus, the conducive realm for meditating on the emanation body, which uses the aspect of the result as the path, is also the human path of Jambudvipa. Therefore, the intermediate state is also a specific intermediate state for taking that birth, because it is the substitute for the enjoyment body that takes the birth of a supreme emanation body, as previously explained. So, shouldn't the future birth, death, and intermediate state of that practitioner be made into a common realm, and shouldn't it be in accordance with the first kalpa? There is no fault, because in order to meditate on the three bodies that are similar to the three dharmas of the ground, it is first necessary to establish a basis, and that must be made compatible with the formation of the vessel. If that is the case, then the formation of the deity of the essence there, and the collection of that into clear light, etc., must also be compatible with the formation of sentient beings of the essence of the first kalpa, and the death of that, etc. Because the order of existence of the vessel and essence of the first kalpa is a compatible realm, but now the actions of the practitioner do not train in that, so what is trained by the path is the future order of existence. Secondly, if the basis of training for the first stage is to establish all three of birth, death, and intermediate state, then the basis of training for the completion stage will cease to exist. If those three are established as the basis of training for both paths, then two means of training for one object of training are meaningless. Also, in the 'Compendium of Means,' it says: 'Birth is called conventional truth, The name of death is also ultimate truth, Through the kindness of the lama, Obtaining these two stages, This is the future Buddha.' Saying that birth and death are the two truths of training is contradictory to the two stages. If you say that, then the former lamas considered the objects of training of the two stages to be contradictory, so they considered birth to be the object of training of the generation stage, and death to be the collection of the remainder of the first kalpa into clear light, and the cessation of the gross elements such as the undying aggregates that pass through the womb door is the isolation of the body, and the cessation of the winds is the isolation of speech, and the cessation of the three minds is the object of training of the isolation of mind. The object of training of illusion is considered to be King Cloud Force, and the intermediate state is considered to be...
